At the front of the livestream, while Momo Ross’s fans didn’t join in, they certainly felt the sentiment of the comment.
Their sister was truly unlucky to stumble upon such an ominous thing!
Meanwhile, on the show, upon hearing Evander Simpson mention the word ashes, Momo Ross felt her legs go weak and nearly lost her footing.
Luckily, Amber Livingston was there to support her.
"Don’t be afraid, Ms. Ross. Now that the item is found, we just need to get rid of it."
Amber had initially wanted to show off that he could help deal with it.
But recalling how Evander previously resisted his Spiritual Affairs ID, he felt a bit unsure, fearing his act would be seen through. So, he just offered verbal comfort.
Fortunately, Momo Ross didn’t place her hopes on Amber.
She thought that since Scarlett Jennings could instantly identify the bracelet’s problem, she surely had real skills, and looked eagerly at Scarlett, her voice trembling,
"Scarlett, this... can you handle it?"
"Not a big deal." Scarlett Jennings had been about to quote a price, then remembered she was recording a program and held back.
Yet, as she looked at Momo Ross, she suddenly asked,
"When you found this thing, was the Blessing Bag containing only this Golden Bracelet?"
Scarlett Jennings’s question came out of nowhere.
The guests present and the livestream viewers all wore baffled expressions.
What did that question mean?
The Blessing Bag had only one Golden Bracelet, right? Could there be more?
When Momo Ross had previously taken it out, she said she’d found a bracelet.
After Scarlett Jennings’ accurate reveal that the bracelet contained ashes, no one doubted her words, instead pondering whether her question carried some deeper meaning.
Momo Ross was clearly taken aback, her recently straightened figure slightly stiffened, though her earlier scare had masked her reaction.
However, only Momo Ross herself knew that, when she met Scarlett’s clear eyes that seemed to see through everything, a wave of panic certainly flashed within her.
For a second, she still bit her lips and said,
Upon hearing this, no one doubted it. Scarlett Jennings seemed confused briefly, then simply withdrew her gaze, refocusing on the bracelet and ashes on the ground.
Handling this wasn’t difficult, but she didn’t want to expose her Talisman skills on camera.
Especially when it involved Master Ruo Sheng’s alias.
So, she looked at Evander and directly asked,
"Taoist Qingtian, can I borrow a Talisman?"
She didn’t specify which Talisman she needed, but Evander knew what she meant.
He thought for a moment and said, "I didn’t bring an Exorcism Talisman, but I can draw one on-site."
He could draw basic Spirit Talismans, although of a Low Rank, but sufficient for dealing with this.
Moreover, he felt Scarlett Jennings could certainly handle it herself, but by intentionally asking him, she was likely giving him a chance to shine.

Evander placed his backpack aside and, as he approached the prepared table, his demeanor instantly changed.

Hence, everyone waited with him for those twenty minutes.
Until Evander finished his last, challenging stroke, his previously tense expression finally relaxed, though his forehead was now covered in sweat.
Whether from the heat or exertion was unknown.
Looking at the completed Talisman, Evander didn’t handle it directly but handed it to Scarlett Jennings, a rare smile on his face, seemingly proud of fulfilling his duty,
"Please take care of it, my young friend."
Scarlett Jennings accepted the Talisman with a complex expression on her face.
Though she had been familiar with the process, witnessing its difficulty firsthand was quite different.
If only she had known earlier...
If only she had known, she would have used her own Talisman.
Feeling unexpectedly guilty, she still carried the Exorcism Talisman over to where the Golden Bracelet and ashes lay.
It was unclear what she did, but as soon as the Talisman touched the ashes, it ignited on its own.
With a whoosh, both the Talisman and ashes burned completely, leaving no trace.
The livestream viewers watched as the master drew the Talisman live. Even if they were more inclined to believe in science, they couldn’t help but gain a bit more respect for metaphysics.
Just as Scarlett Jennings arranged for the Golden Bracelet to be buried, Momo Ross quietly approached Evander, first expressing gratitude and complimenting his aura while drawing, then subtly asking,
"I believe the viewers are really curious about how the Talisman was drawn. Would you be able to draw another one, Senior Brother?"
She sweetly called him Senior Brother like the commenters and brought up the show and audience.
Naturally, Evander couldn’t refuse, so he drew another Exorcism Talisman, this time only taking sixteen minutes.
Evander was satisfied, as the shorter time indicated his skills were improving, which would surely make his mentor proud.
Afterward, Momo Ross took the Talisman with the reason that she often picked up things and felt safer with one on her.
