Scarlett Jennings and Stella Gibson suddenly turned their heads to look at him.

The well had been there for many years, and the water from it connected to many household wells in the village.

He could only watch as Griffin occupied his body, silently roaring and attempting to signal Scarlett and the others to expel Griffin from his body.
