"Is she really that amazing?"
The second-in-command of the military factory, Factory Director Yang, like He Yaohua, was a military-turned-civil servant.
However, He Yaohua had abandoned his pen to join the army as a college student, came from a privileged background, and had received a good education, skilled in both letters and martial arts.
