Dabai let out a low growl at Xiaolun the snake.
The little green snake seemed to realize it had frightened Yang Ruxin and hurriedly placed the object it was holding in its mouth onto the ground, before swooping onto a nearby tree. Then, it stuck out its body and hissed at Yang Ruxin...

Dabai let out a low growl at the snake.
The snake continued hissing softly, and finally, Dabai looked towards Yang Ruxin.
"Is this for me?" Yang Ruxin pointed at Xiaolun, somewhat in disbelief—the creature had previously tried to bite her to death.
Dabai simply shook his big head and signaled for her to accept it.

However, they hadn’t walked far when a snorting sound suddenly reached her ears.
