The Gamer who traveled to Honkai: Star Rail Chapter 220

At this moment, Pei Guang sensed something unusual in his surroundings. A mysterious force lifted his body, and while he could easily dispel it, his curiosity won out—he wondered what Fu Xuan might uncover about him.

Meanwhile, March 7th was practically brimming with excitement. The possibility of uncovering her and Pei Guang's pasts meant eliminating lingering doubts and uncertainties. Once she learned about her origins… well, she couldn't help but feel elated at the thought.

Turning to Welt, she asked, "Uncle Yang~ shouldn't we let Fu Xuan help you find your way home too?"

Welt considered this for a moment before shaking his head. "No. There are some things I'd rather others not know."

He was tempted, but ultimately dismissed the idea. While he did want to return home, it wasn't an urgent matter for him. Unlike Stelle or Pei Guang, who had lost their memories or faced barriers to returning, Welt knew his return was possible—it was simply a matter of time and finding the right way.

As March 7th eagerly awaited, Stelle approached Kafka. Kafka, anticipating a line of probing questions, instead found herself embraced by a warm hug.

Surprised by Stelle's affection, Kafka asked, "Don't you have any questions for me? Anything you're dying to know?"

"Not really~ Ah Guang already told me you might be a relative of mine. This mission might not be great for the Astral Express crew, but it's for my benefit—and it's paving the way for future mainline progress. So why ask?"

Kafka sighed, a wry smile on her lips. "So Elio was right. His appearance truly has unraveled the threads of the future. I expected you to ask one question, but… no matter. In the distant future, we'll face that presence together."

Stelle tilted her head. "You mean Nanook, right?"

Kafka nodded. "That's why you need to unite every possible ally. Only then will you be able to defeat Him. In the far-off future, the Xianzhou Alliance's strength will be crucial."

Stelle gripped her golden Light Cone tightly, her expression resolute. "I believe in Ah Guang. When the time comes, we'll kill Him. He's been waiting for me to put an end to Him, hasn't he?"

She held up the golden Light Cone, its radiant glow catching Kafka's attention. For the first time, Kafka's expression darkened with rare worry.

Elio had been vague about the future to avoid leaking forbidden knowledge to Xianzhou. However, Kafka knew one thing: Xianzhou faced a Lord Ravager.

Ordinarily, a Stellaron Hunter wielding their Aeon's Light Cone would be revered by their adherents. But for the envoys of Destruction, that Light Cone represented a direct provocation.

This meant the Emanators of Destruction would likely target Stelle mercilessly, testing her qualifications to face Nanook. The test would be one of life and death.

As Kafka gave Stelle advice, Fu Xuan activated the matrix to peer into Pei Guang's past.

The moment it began, Fu Xuan was stunned. Instead of the usual clarity, she was greeted by an image of the Aeon of Erudition. Her mind buzzed, overwhelmed by the impression of a question echoing from the Aeon: "Do you truly wish to see?"

Fu Xuan hesitated, but her curiosity about Pei Guang's strange abilities compelled her to proceed.

In an instant, she found herself in a vast realm. She saw a blocky, square-headed figure digging at a tree with bare hands. This was only the beginning. The figure crafted a home from wood, enslaved villagers, slaughtered creatures and built horrifying "World Devourers" to consume entire worlds.

This person slew temple guardians, mighty dragons and three-headed creatures exuding deathly auras.

Then, the scene shifted. She saw a pixelated character wielding an axe, chopping trees in a different world. This time, the imagery grew stranger.

She witnessed this person vanquishing eldritch eyes, giant burrowing worms, and horrors from beyond the stars—creatures so bizarre they left even Fu Xuan shaken.

They fought divine servants, devourer bugs, and world-consuming slimes. Time after time, they battled and died, eventually emerging victorious. Every defeated foe became resources, materials for weapons, and fuel for greater strength. But then, that world was destroyed.

From commanding planetary wars to orchestrating galactic-scale conflicts.

He was a monster hunter, a city planner, an unremarkable adventurer, a hapless civilian caught in disasters, the supreme leader of the Swarm… and the destroyer of universes.

Fu Xuan saw visions of this person using massive spacecraft to destroy countless planets and wielding bizarre devices to annihilate entire universes.

She witnessed so much—walking saints, cataclysmic disasters—and suddenly realized that the events tied to the mara-struck soldiers, Abominations of Abundance, and even the Antimatter Legion paled in comparison to the calamity she now beheld.

This calamity did the unthinkable. Entire planetary populations rose up in rebellion against them, only to be completely wiped out. In less than five minutes, the entire star system was reduced to raw resources.

Illegal acts, planetary extinction, grid integration, turning seas of stars into canned goods—Fu Xuan finally understood what a true disaster was.

Compared to this calamity, the Abominations of Abundance were like elementary schoolchildren. If this being ever entered their world, even the mara-struck soldiers would be canned and shipped across the universe.

As for the Antimatter Legion and their supposed "Lord Ravagers," their methods of annihilating worlds and star systems seemed like child's play in comparison. Fu Xuan thought to herself: If those beings ever saw what I have seen, they might just start worshipping this calamity instead.

But this was only a fraction of what Fu Xuan observed. Amid the terrifying chaos, she also glimpsed a flourishing universe. She saw peaceful villages, harmonious cities, tranquil worlds and an ordered cosmos. There were passing heroes mediating familial disputes, commanders leading resistance against vile enemies, and leaders fending off swarms of insects and interdimensional demons.

Calamity and saint—opposite concepts, yet both were embodied in the figure before her. With unimaginable power, they could destroy entire worlds in an instant or conjure endless resources from the void, defying all logic.

In their saintly moments, even inaction would bring happiness to all living beings, from humans to the tiniest insects, letting them live out their lives in peace.

In their moments of calamity, with just a snap of their fingers, entire armies would vanish into dust, no matter how formidable they were.

Fu Xuan also saw instances of mediocrity and decline in this figure's existence. Yet, the balance of extremes—half saint, half calamity—permeated her visions.

Just as she was about to delve deeper, the scenes around her abruptly vanished. She found herself adrift in the void of the cosmos, faint whispers echoing around her.
