Zach was out from the private room to get some fresh air at the hospital’s garden early in the morning.
He felt relieved that his grandfather’s sickness was found early. He had a sudden heart attack and as he saw his grandpa unconscious, he couldn’t help but recall how his dad died.
Unlike before, they were so much more capable now and his grandfather’s sickness could be addressed properly and in due time.
He would undergo angioplasty after lunch to restore the blood flow in his artery.
The pain was worse when you couldn’t do anything, but just helplessly watch your loved one suffer. Though he was restless, because until he saw his grandfather back to his lively self again, he couldn’t sleep properly.
He let out a long, deep sigh of relief because he knew everything will be alright soon.

Keira’s mobile phone rang and John reported that Zach was out in the garden of the hospital.
"Where are you going?" Xander asked with cups of coffee and breakfast paper bag in his hand.
Keira smiled and grabbed the cups and paper bag from Xander.
"Thanks for the breakfast, Big Brother." Said Keira who rushed out of the door.
Xander creased his forehead and murmured, "My breakfast is there too, this brat..."
Then he silently followed Keira.
Keira was on her Bluetooth headset when she called John, and the latter gave her Zach’s exact location, so she immediately walked there.
She smiled excitedly when her eyes finally found Zach, who was sitting on a bench, looking at the rising sun
He was wearing a simple plain shirt and pants but he still looked outstanding because of his lean body and manly aura.
’Oh crap!’ She gasped as she felt she was getting really sick, ’lovesick’.
Her heart was beating irregularly once more. She felt like it would jump out of her body anytime soon.
Then she hesitated and paused for a while, thinking if she should directly sit beside him.
"It doesn’t look coincidental," she murmured so she chose to sit on the other bench where Zach would definitely pass by as she waited.
"Keira Chan!" Xander shouted that startled Keira and also caught Zach’s attention.
Keira rounded her eyes at Xander in terror and was gesturing him to leave, but the latter walked towards her instead with his crumpled face.
"Who told you to leave your room without consulting me, and you even stole my precious coffee wit..." Xander scolded but paused when he heard a man behind Keira interrupted.
"Keira? What are you doing here?" Zach murmured with a creased forehead as he stared at Keira from head to toe because she was wearing a hospital gown, then his eyes paused on her hand and dextrose.
Then Xander noticed the concerned look in the man’s eyes, whom he presumed to be General Lim.
He had done his usual ward check-ups this morning but he only saw an old lady beside Mr. Lim’s bed.
Keira turned around and murmured, "General Lim, oh, hi. I was admitted last night. It’s because of my..."
She stopped when she heard Xander coughed, making sure his presence was still known.
Keira twisted her mouth as she turned her head to her Big Brother who was now scrutinizing Zach from head to toe with his intense look.
"Oh, it’s my..." said Keira, but Xander quickly interrupted as he extended his hand to Zach and said, "Hi, I’m Dr. Yang, Keira’s..."
"Oh, he’s our family doctor." Keira quickly uttered that made Xander arch a brow and answered, "Family doctor?!"
Then he glared at Keira who gave him her trademark smile. He cursed inwardly because he was sure that Keira, once more, was up to something.
’This sly fox...’ He wanted to voice out and suddenly felt sorry for the poor man who accepted his handshake, but weirdly, his hand was squeezed hard, so he quickly retracted it.
"Dr. Yang don’t worry too much about me. I just want to see the sunrise. I’ll go back to the room shortly. Don’t you have patients to visit?!" Keira quickly said as she gestured Xander with her eyes to leave her alone.
Xander arched an eyebrow but smiled to Zach.
Then he shifted his gaze to Keira and said, "Alright, make sure you go back soon. Because as your Family Doctor, I must make sure you’ll be treated well. I will ask Dr. Jian to come to visit you soon, I strongly believe that she needs to have a look at you."
Keira almost choked upon hearing Dr. Jian’s name, who was the best psychiatrist at Yang Global Hospital. Before Xander turned around and left, Keira managed to notice a wide grin plastered on his face.
"You two sidekicks! Who gave you permission to wear our hospital gowns?!" Xander exclaimed when he passed by John and Jim who were both wearing patient’s gowns.
Jim scratched his head and smiled awkwardly as he said, "Sorry, Sir Xander, we stole this from the stockroom."
Xander’s face crumpled, as he murmured irritably to Jim, "You, stay here and make sure your little Boss is not making too much fuss."
Then he looked at John and said, "You, go and buy me a coffee instead, same as the one that you’re little Boss has stolen. Geez, that coffee shop always has a long line... how dare she to grab my precious coffee too."
He was sure Keira would give it to that Zach.
"But to be fair, Keira has good eyes, though I’m still better looking, what do you think?" Xander asked John who gave him an awkward smile.
Jim had already warned him that both Keira and Xander were alike, that’s why they were too close: both were crazy...
