But the standards were different. She was a girl... no, she was a woman. The second she became a ninja, she was no longer a kid. And as soon as she hit puberty, she was eligible to have a kid.

"Here, give it to Seijuro for me."
Yui noticed the flush of her cheek. She even smelled the perfume from the scroll.
As the 100% not-shipping nanny she was, she gently took the scroll from Mikoto, told the girl to have an amazing day, and even added a slight:
"Master Seijuro is lucky to have you."

Anyway, upon getting her quest, she sealed the scroll somewhere safe, somewhere no man would dare shove their hand to grab.

And since she was technically still a Jōnin with great vision, anyone who had touched the scroll would have had to take it from there.
That's just an assault charge waiting to happen. And since there was a paralysis seal on the scroll—virtue of the young master's seal—whoever stole it would be frozen for a solid 5 seconds.
Long enough for anyone to see where his ass was reaching to get the scroll.

The Strength of a Hundred Seal is a technique that requires extremely delicate chakra control.
By storing vast amounts of chakra over an extended period of time into a specific point on their body—usually the forehead, because that's where the brain is—the user creates this seal, which manifests in the form of a rhombus-like marking.
Once the seal is formed, the user's already impressive chakra control allows them to perform techniques without any wasted energy.
When activated, the seal will either spread across the user's face or wrap around their entire body. The stored chakra is then released into their body, greatly amplifying the power of their techniques.
The seal will permanently remain in the center of the user's forehead, presumably so that the user can keep on benefiting from its effects.
The seal wasn't required to go on the forehead. It could go anywhere on the body, really.

He closed his eyes and began sending roughly 30% of his chakra toward his chest—the middle of his chest, to be exact. Not once—not even once—did he stop that process.
The hard part was continually sending that chakra to those parts of his body even while he was asleep.
Anyway, let him go over his nerf as this seal was activated. So now, instead of 8 clones, he could make 5. Use his big fire jutsu only 3 times.
Mostly everything else would stay the same since their chakra output was negligible at best, and at worst were moves he wouldn't use due to them requiring too much chakra.
As he was in the middle of making his new plan with his new reserve—now being Chūnin level—

She handed him the letter. He glanced at it.

He sighed a bit. She wasn't going away, so he just opened the letter and began reading.
