An Xiaxia was scared out of her wits.
She had only provoked Sheng Yize just then as a distraction so that she could delete the text message! After recalling what she had said, she felt like slapping herself!
She cringed and replied gingerly, “Th– there’s no need for that… Um, please let go of me. I need to go back to sleep now.”
Sheng Yize didn’t answer her but she could detect the vexation in his eyes.
He was the type who appeared calmer the more angry he got. He pursed his thin lips mockingly before pressing down on An Xiaxia and kissing her again!
An Xiaxia was once again… dumbfounded.
She– she– she was being kissed again!
When she finally returned to her senses, Sheng Yize was already deepening the kiss. The only sounds that resonated in the room were of An Xiaxia’s struggles and her pleading words.
“Stop it… Sheng Yize, I’m sorry. I wasn’t thinking when I said those things!
“Kiss me again and I’ll scream for help! Aren’t you afraid of the humiliation?”
Sheng Yize stopped his kiss at those words and raised her delicate chin, then in a chilly voice, he replied, “Scream, then. I’d like to see which one of us will be humiliated.”
He looked down and quickly glanced over An Xiaxia.
The teenage girl was blushing. Her lips were pink and supple and her eyes were teary. Her pajamas were disheveled as a result of her struggling, revealing her fair and delicate collarbone. Leaning over her, his clothes were neat and his breathing was steady. He looked like a commanding king.
An Xiaxia bit her lip as her tears threatened to fall.
She was upset enough over the forced kiss this morning, but never had she imagined that it would happen all over again on the same night…
How could a person be this detestable!
Not only did he disturb her peaceful life, he even treated her like this. Exactly what kind of person did he think she was?
Noticing the glistening in the corners of her eyes, Sheng Yize’s heart skipped a beat and he slowly released her hand.
“You can leave now,” he said indifferently despite his perplexed mood.
He didn’t understand what was going on with him. He had actually lost control of himself again because of this girl.
An Xiaxia felt as though she had been granted amnesty. She scrambled to her feet and dashed off.
Neither of them slept well that night.

Monday.
An Xiaxia had changed into her school uniform and was taking small bites of her breakfast at the dining table.
Sheng Yize and the other two were also eating their meal quietly, all looking exhausted. They had gone to another city to take part in a show yesterday, and the job certainly had taken a toll on them.
The trio had drivers who sent them to school. An Xiaxia didn’t want to have anything to do with them and decided to take the bus with Kang Jian.
As soon as she got on the bus, she hear a clear, melodious, yet domineering female voice shout, “Bah! You thief! Give it back, whatever you’ve stolen!”
Following the sound, she saw a pretty female student with a rinka haircut in Qixia’s school uniform. Despite her delicate features, she had grabbed a middle-aged man aggressively by the collar.
“With which eye did you see me stealing? Let go of me now or I’ll call the police!” the man threatened in a malicious tone and the crowd around them scattered a little, fearful of getting involved.
An Xiaxia took out her cell phone and took a picture of the man before dialing110 1 .
The man noticed her action and shouted in a flurry, “Hey, what are you doing?!”
He pushed the girl with all his might, but she only shifted a little, then with a push and a tug, she threw him onto the ground in a single stance!
The man cried out in pain and clumsily got to his feet before rushing out of the rear door of the bus. The girl then shouted, “Kang Jian, go get him!”
Kang Jian tossed his bag over to An Xiaxia with resignation and he chased after the man, running as quick as the wind! Just then, the patrolmen arrived and assisted Kang Jian in catching the thief.
An Xiaxia high-fived the girl and they looked at each other, smiling.
“Su Xiaomo, you’re finally back!”
