The next day, Lin Caisang went straight to Ya Molian’s house and gave a long list of orders in front of the bewildered Jiang Zuo. She then handed him two papers filled with listed items.
"Prepare all these things."
Jiang Zuo was stunned, not understanding what Lin Caisang planned to do.
"Miss Lin, what is this...?"
After a night of thinking, he had come to understand. Even though it would be hard to see Sui Ziyou in the future, it was still better than before. At least now, she wouldn’t be exploited by her own family.
"These are all things Ziyou needs. Aren’t you willing to prepare them for her?" Lin Caisang raised her eyebrows, looking at him as she questioned.
Jiang Zuo quickly nodded, taking the paper from her and examining it closely.
"Miss Lin, why are there pots and pans on this list? Do you expect Ziyou to cook for herself? She doesn’t know how to..."
"If she’s not cooking, are you suggesting I should cook for her?" Lin Caisang interrupted him, countering his question.
Jiang Zuo was left speechless.
It was impossible for Lin Caisang to cook for Ziyou. His master treasured her so much, even cooking and doing laundry for her. How could he let her overwork herself?
But would Ziyou know how to cook?
"Get going and start preparing. The most important thing is a comfortable bed, along with seating and lounging spaces. Basically, prepare everything listed. If you can think of anything else she might need, go ahead and prepare that too."
Having said that, Lin Caisang went to find Ya Molian.
Jiang Zuo was left behind, speechless: "..."

"Miss Lin, you’ve arrived home? The master is having breakfast now. Do you want to eat something?" Zhe Jue, holding his own bowl of porridge, asked Lin Caisang.
"I’ve already eaten."
Lin Caisang shook her head, looking once more at Jiang Zuo sitting in the courtyard.
At least the walls around Ya Molian’s courtyard were high and the gate was sturdy. Otherwise, if he sat in the courtyard , wouldn’t the outside world have discovered him by now? Really, such an unworried fellow.
"Zhe Jue, perhaps you should advise Jiang Zuo to go back to his room and space out."
No matter how high the walls were, they wouldn’t keep people who wanted to come in out. What if someone saw Jiang Zuo? Why didn’t he avoid attention?
Zhe Jue also looked towards Jiang Zuo, sounding a bit resigned.
"The master ordered him to live in the bamboo hut. Since you’ve given him some tasks, he’ll have something to keep him busy recently."
Lin Caisang nodded and went into the main room to find Ya Molian.
