Thinking of this, he hastily licked his face and jogged over to Lu Qiubo’s side, peering curiously into the main room.
"Mother, where’s Sangsang? Why isn’t she with you?"

This matter could only be discussed with Lin Caisang, considering that he was her elder and could flaunt his authority.

"What does it matter to you whether Sangsang is with me or not?"

Liu Baixiao choked on her words, immediately feeling angered.
"Mother, I am Sangsang’s Second Uncle. She is getting engaged tomorrow, aren’t I allowed to be here as her uncle? Ya Molian, that ignorant boy, didn’t send a personal invitation, but you’re Sangsang’s grandmother and you shouldn’t leave Sangsang in an embarrassing situation."
Lu Qiubo responded with a dismissive laugh.
"Since when did Sangsang have a Second Uncle? I don’t recall. Everyone in Ya Village knows that the Lin Family only has Baizhong and Baiyi, and Sangsang only has a Third Uncle. Where did this ’Second Uncle’ pop up from? Who are you supposed to be?!"
"Mother, how could you..."
"Baiyi, Changfeng, what are you two standing around for? Throw this shameless man out, there are no relatives surnamed Liu in the Lin Family, and Sangsang doesn’t have a ’Second Uncle’ with the surname Liu!"
Liu Baixiao wanted to say something more, but Lu Qiubo interrupted him, calling out to Lin Baiyi and Lin Changfeng who were helping out nearby.
Lin Baiyi and Lin Changfeng immediately wiped their hands and hurried over.
"Do you want to leave on your own, or should we throw you out?" Lin Baiyi sternly asked Liu Baixiao.
