While Abel, the planner of that operation in the first place, must have known that Vufailbane was slumbering under Lekrea. It was too much of a coincidence that a Dragon God happened to be buried in the land that he had set his sights on for the next Highland territory.
It was much more natural to assume that he had known about it beforehand. If that was the case, then it was obvious that his target would be the Dragon God Vufailbane.
Which means, he would only show up in front of the Dragon God. A simple guess.

Rafinha grabbed Inglis’ hand and pulled it. Inglis couldn’t refuse it, not when she phrased it like that. Not only because of her position as a Squire, but also because it was a request from the Rafinha that she holds dear.
Inglis and Rafinha boarded the Star Princess unit again. Leone, of course, followed suit, while Liselotte didn’t board it. She instead soared into the air with the wings of her Gift. When the Star Princess unit gained high enough altitude, Liselotte gripped the edge of its hull with her hand, prepared to accompany the vessel.
Right after Rafinha said that and set the Flygear on full throttle, a loud rumbling occured, and the surrounding forests began to shake.
The epicenter of the occurrence was near the location where Vufailbane was enshrined, exactly where Inglis had pointed out. Cracks appeared on the ground, and they were spreading rapidly.
