The thought of owning a home in Ashenfall never really crossed Kai’s mind. But last night, with all the people banging on his door, telling him to quiet down, and how loud Sasha was, he knew that having his own place was for the best.
He also forgot to put up the barrier to block out sound, so he admitted that he was the problem.
How did he fix such a problem? By putting up a barrier, right? Of course not.
He went to the rooms of every man that complained and fucked the shit out of their wife, girlfriend, sister, mom, aunt, whatever the relationship they had with the woman in the room, he fucked them and had the man watch just to be spiteful.
After cleaning himself up, he left the room and headed to the front desk. To tell her he was leaving, something he did because she would always blush at him. There, he saw the typical receptionist passed out, face flushed and full of satisfaction.
"Oh, shit. I forgot I fucked her as well last night. Did she sleep here all night?" Kai took her back to her room.
"Alright." He clapped his hands. "Let’s find a realtor. This time, instead of a large house, I want a mansion. One with a shit ton of rooms for my future women and children. Oh, and maids. I should bring my other women over here to see the place after I buy it. But what to do with my other house? Hmmm."
Before he could come to a conclusion, he ran into Stacy and Kassandra in the street.
"Kai? Hey, what’s up? What are you doing in the real estate area?" Kassandra asked
"I’m here to buy a home. What about you?" He asked back.
"Trying to look for a place for Stacy. She and her former party traveled around and never had a house to stay in. Most times, they stayed in the Guild Dorms."
"The fuck? There are guild dorms?" Kai did not know such a thing existed. If he had known, he would have stayed there instead of the inn he was currently at.
Stacy giggled at Kai’s surprise.
"Heh, yeah, you didn’t know? I even stay there. I have my own room and everything. I am the guildmaster after all." She swayed her hair to the side.
"Hmm. How about she stays with me? Or in my home, at least."
Stacy shot Kai a confused look. "What do you mean?"
"I’m buying a house, a mansion, for me and my girls. Since you both are a part of my harem, you can obviously live there together and with our future children."
Their eyes lit up with excitement, and they accepted Kai’s offer. So, together, they went house hunting and Kai allowed them to pick out the best Mansion that suited their tastes.
"This one! Please Kai! I want this one!" Kassandra begged.
’She really is a different person when she’s not working. So cute.’
"Ahh, yes, this mansion was built recently. It has thirty rooms, fifteen bathrooms, four floors, a ground floor, two upper floors, and a basement. There is even a large attic where you can either set up as a separate room or simply use it for storage. The basement is a bit different. though. It’s split into two sections, one being a training room for magic and martial arts, while the other is more like an office." The realtor explained.
"A training ground, huh? That sounds amazing." Kai smiled.
"You also have a large front yard and back yard for whatever purpose you wish to use them for, and your property is fully gated. And, the best of all, there is a guest house with fifteen rooms and eight bathrooms."
"Wow." Stacy expressed herself.
"Hmm, I’m sold. How much?" Kai asked
"Because this is the largest house with the most land and it was recently built, this place comes to. 1,000 gold."
Kai nodded. After the wealth obtained from the hero, the drake lair, and the bandits, he was set for life. He could use all the money he had and still not be able to spend it all in a normal lifetime.
"How much if I decide to buy the land on it as well?" He asked
"Let me check...ahh, the total will go up from 1,000 to 1,500 gold coins."
"Here." Kai handed the man a bag filled with the exact amount.
"Great! Let me put your name down as the buyer and finish filing the paperwork."
"Don’t take too long."
After an hour of paperwork, Kai was given the keys to the house. The first thing he did was go shopping to completely decorate the mansion with house appliances and furniture. Then, he bought a shit ton of training supplies for Kassandra and whoever would want to use them, and made multiple copies of the key for everyone.
By the time everything was finished, it was only the afternoon. Kai had sped through everything to make sure he had time for the last thing he wanted to do during the day.
"I’m only choosing ten of you, keep that in mind. So, what makes you all think you are the best women to be my maids?" He asked a group of over 100 women.
"I can cook."
"I can clean!"
"I’m good with people."
"I’m good with kids."
He put out a notice for live-in maids to work at his mansion, and tons of women rushed over. He sent away the young and elderly. He only wanted pregnant legal women working in his homes because he knew for a fact that some of them would sooner or later carry his child.
He also made sure to choose only women who were childfree, or had a grown child, especially a girl, because he would gladly take in a mother-daughter duo.
"I-I can bear your children." A shy woman spoke.
"You’re hired," Kai said instantly. "Step behind me.
Then, all of the other women started talking about how they could bear his children, but he shut that down real fast. He wanted a different answer this time.
"I have a daughter who is searching for a job as well. If you don’t pick me, can you at least interview my daughter?" A sexy milf asked genuinely
Kai pointed to the milf and smiled. "You and you’re daughter are hired."
For the remaining women, he decided to have a massive sex party in the master bedroom, and the top 7 of them who could last the longest in bed with him would be hired. This took the rest of the day, but by nightfall, he had his ten maids selected.
