This morning, Fu Hua left for the company as he had an important meeting to attend.
After the brief meeting, he returned to his office and not long after that, Sunny knocked and came in to his office to talk about the right of Jia Li's project dress he asked her to acquire.
"When are you signing the contract with the school?" Fu Hua asked.
"At noon tomorrow." Sunny replied, then she talked about giving an offer to Jia Li but he didn't say anything against it.
Fu Hua acted as if he had nothing to do with Jia Li. After Sunny left, Fu YingPei came to see him a few minutes later and a visible excitement was seen on his face.
"Brother, you need to see this." He said as he approached Fu Hua's desk with his phone in hand.
Fu Hua looked up to see Fu YingPei coming to his side happily. He was about to ask what the matter was when he placed his phone in front of him and played a video.
Fu Hua watched the video and discovered that it was a video of Jia Li giving a speech during her graduation day.
"Where did you get this from?" Fu Hua asked with his gaze on the video.
"It's all over the internet. Sister-in-law is popular now and the need of her being the best student of ******* has gone viral, including her project dress." Fu YingPei reported happily.
Fu Hua took a proper look at the video before picking up his phone to dial Jia Li's number.
When Jia Li picked up the phone, he asked her to tune to a TV channel, as she did only to see she was being talked about.
"What?! What am I doing on TV?" Jia Li asked in surprise. It felt weird seeing herself being talked about on TV as millions of people were watching her.
"I have to go back to work now, see you later." Fu Hua said and ended the call.
"Brother, what did Sister-in-law say?" Fu YingPei asked with a smile.
"She is astonished seeing herself on TV. You can go back to work now." Fu Hua said to him.
"Brother, why are you not excited?" Fu YingPei asked curiously.
"All the exposure she is getting is good but it's too bad she doesn't need it now." Fu Hua explained.
If Jia Li was not pregnant, this would have been the perfect opportunity to be popular and gain massive recognition.
"Why?" Fu YingPei asked as he did not understand the situation.
Fu Hua pinched his brows and said to him, "You will understand in due time, get back to work."
Fu YingPei left because his brother wouldn't talk anymore on the matter.
That same day, Jia Li received a call from her three friends, it was a video call. They were excited as they talked about seeing her on Tv.
"Jia Li you have gone viral!" Chang Chang said.
"Yes, you're a celebrity now, everyone is talking about you." DanDan added.
"Why do you not look happy?" Daiyu asked as she noticed that Jia Li wasn't excited like them.
Jia Li sighed and explained things about her pregnancy and working now. She didn't want the media to have eyes on her, especially now that she was pregnant.
Although she was happy to be noticed by a lot of people, she didn't need that fame now.
Her friends got her point and felt bad for her but they encouraged her and told her that another opportunity will come.
After the emotional talks, they became chatty and excited again as they informed Jia Li of the number of followers she has now.
Jia Li was unaware of the number of followers and friend requests she had. So, after the call with her friends, she checked it and saw that she had more than five thousand new followers. Before, she had only 100+ followers, but now, they have increased in thousands.
Now that she was reminded about her fame and media attention, Jia Li went through her social media accounts and also checked her E-mails, and saw a lot of offers from different lothing brands.
She couldn't even read through all the E-mails. She saw an E-mail from Sunny and opened it. The message was a reminder to consider working with FJ.
Jia Li felt an oncoming headache and had to keep her phone aside. When Fu Hua came back, she told him about the offers she got as he rubbed her hair listening silently.
"You're doing so well. Do you have any place you would like to go to?" Fu Hua asked. He felt he should give her a little reward for her hard work.
"I don't have anywhere I would like to go. I just want to sit at home and play with Ocean." Jia Li replied.
"Are you sure? You don't want to go on a weekend vacation?" Fu Hua asked with raised brows.
"No, I don't feel like traveling." Jia Li insisted. His offer was tempting but she didn't feel like it.
Fu Hua was surprised that she would rather stay at home and play with Ocean than go on a weekend vacation.
"Okay. Do you want anything?" Fu Hua asked.
"Yes. I'm hungry." Jia Li said as she hugged his arm with a smile.
"What do you want to eat?" Fu Hua asked. He knew for her to say she was hungry, there was something else she wanted to eat, that he wouldn't approve.
Jia Li went on to mention 10 different dishes which consisted of Italian, Chinese and English cuisines.
Fu Hua sighed and pinched her cheeks and asked, "Are you trying to turn into a glutton?"
"I can't help it, the baby wants to eat them." Jia Li said as she caressed her abdomen.
Fu Hua chuckled softly and caressed her abdomen. He knew she was blaming her cravings on the baby.
"Just this once, we have to listen to the doctor." Fu Hua said as he agreed to place the order for the dishes she mentioned.
"I know, thank you! You are the best!" Jia Li said with a happy smile.
When the food order arrived, Jia Li was so excited and rushed to the dining room to sit.
She didn't wait for the housekeeper to finish serving the food before she began to eat.
