Su Ningxiu couldn’t help but laugh when she thought about Fan Wenxuan’s expression earlier; she never knew her sister had the talent to infuriate someone like that.
Su Xiaobao went to grab Su Yunjin’s hand, “Sister, you seem to have become as awesome as brother-in-law!”
In Su Xiaobao’s eyes, the most awesome person was Gu Ya, but now, after what had just happened, Su Xiaobao felt that his big sister was also really awesome.
Just as awesome as brother-in-law.

Su Ningxiu thought Su Yunjin didn’t want Su Xiaobao to talk because she was afraid Gu Ya would find out, but Su Yunjin actually felt there was no need to upset their parents with the matter.
Just mentioning the scumbag Fan Wenxuan made Su Yunjin feel disgusted, so better not to speak of it if possible.
Su Xiaobao was still asking for the reason, but Su Ningxiu said, “Just now, that man was your sister’s former fiancé, but now your sister is married to your brother-in-law, and he definitely wouldn’t want to hear Fan Wenxuan’s name. You’re still young, but when you grow up, you’ll understand.”

Su Yunjin’s mouth watered at the sight of the river’s snails, a rare delicacy that she had loved to eat garlic-flavored snails in her modern life.
She decided to pick some to take back.
They could make garlic-flavored snails for lunch.

Su Yunjin took off her shoes, rolled up her pant legs, and was ready to go into the river to pick snails.
The water in the river was warm.
