Su Yunjin always felt that the look Su Ningxiu gave them was a bit off; she was sure Ningxiu had heard what Gu Ya had just said. Gu Ya seemed to know what Su Yunjin was thinking.
He even said with a smile, “Yunjing, it doesn’t matter if she heard us. We’re husband and wife.” That would only prove the strength of their affection for each other.
