Jian Anning was startled and immediately glanced at him, her suspicions rising again. Sensing her doubt, Yu Zexiao said, "If I wanted to do something, I wouldn’t need to play these tricks at all!"
That was true, if Yu Zexiao really wanted, he could have just made his move now, and she wouldn’t be able to escape!
But then, looking at that part of him...
"Forget it, I knew you were this kind of woman! You don’t deal with your own mistakes," Yu Zexiao’s tone conveyed immense disappointment. He even simply rolled over, turning his back on her!

Jian Anning was so embarrassed by his words that she couldn’t even lift her head, and it took her quite some time to finally turn it around. By then, Yu Zexiao was lying completely at the head of the bed, facing her. She had to take deep breaths to conceal her rapidly beating heart!
