She could only mutter a resentful "Yu Zexiao" under her breath, before stuffing the entire bag of things into her own bag.
Little did she know, that on her way back, the same person she had cursed so vehemently actually saved her at the most critical moment!

It was when she was about to make her way back, the red glow of the sunset bathing half of the sky, making everything in the forest appear exceptionally serene. Jian Anning shouldered her bag and headed back, planning to return to her room to drop off her things first, but then, Yu Zexiao called her, and she had to turn back.
Deep in the forest at dusk, tranquility reigned supreme. As twilight approached and the light dimmed, Jian Anning walked alone among the dense trees. She had overexerted herself with exercise the night before, leaving her legs feeling a bit sore and limp. As she descended the mountain, each step made her feel as if she were floating.
The filming location for the outdoor scenes had been chosen on a relatively steep cliff.
The environment here was remarkably beautiful, with a cliff that seemed quite precipitous but was actually not too high. Jagged rocks jutted out, moss and saplings grew from the crevices, and a cascading waterfall snaked down from the mountain peak into the deep valley below.
It looked like the kind of place you’d find in martial arts novels, where skilled fighters and extraordinary individuals would train.
Cautiously descending the mountain, there’s a saying that going up is easy and coming down is hard, and carrying a backpack only made it harder for her.
She quickly reached the filming area, where the crew was getting close to wrapping up. Far in the distance, Yu Zexiao was suspended on wires, acting out a scene of "falling off a cliff" with Jiang Xuanqi.
By the time Jian Anning got there, the scene was nearly at its end. The male lead Lin Zixiao and female lead Xiu Momo were fleeing, with Lin Zixiao’s father trying to catch them from behind, and the second male lead pursuing them from another direction.
When the pair reached the cliff, the female lead Xiu Momo accidentally stepped into the void, and the male lead immediately leapt forward, plunging down to embrace her, and together they rolled down the cliff. Yu Zexiao, first, wouldn’t actually fall, and second, wouldn’t really be holding Jiang Xuanqi, as the people who actually tumbled down were stunt doubles. However, when leaping down, he still needed to put on a show.
Once the scene was done, the day’s work would be complete. Jian Anning placed her bag aside, just in time to see Yu Zexiao leap with a commanding and heroic posture—before even reaching the halfway point, the wires pulled him back up to the ground.
The crew members helped Yu Zexiao unhook from the wires. Landing on the ground, he spotted Jian Anning in the distance by the edge of the cliff, waiting for him. A feeling of reassurance swept over him. It seemed as though, no matter where he suffered or toiled, upon returning to the ground, a gentle smiling face would greet him. That feeling was truly beautiful.
After untying the ropes, he walked briskly towards her, just about to say something, when, indeed, something went wrong!
It involved a member of the set crew with whom Jian Anning had a decent relationship, who saw that she had been gone for a long time and was holding a bulging bag, appearing to be stuffed with items.
And Jian Anning, when coming to the set, always brought various delicacies with her.
