The same Iron Chains also targeted Moon Trace Lorrian not far away,
The chains rose, displaying both individuals in a ‘spread-eagle’ position in mid-air.
such physical penetration and stretching pain had been experienced by both before, and they showed no signs of pain… Yi Chen, however, thought rapidly under the stimulation of pain.
Thinking of a breakthrough, his entire brain seemed to smoke because of it.
in the center of the Art Hall,
as Iron Chains moved through her scalp, Teacher Fang’s head had been restored,
She could not accept that the youth she admired, and even had affections for, had been acting all along, even plotting to kill her.

The chains pierced directly into the navels of Yi Chen and Moon Trace Lorrian.
Yi Chen’s eyes instantly filled with bloodshot lines, his forehead bulged with veins, and his head became congested!
Ever since his body changed, he had not felt real pain for a long time, nor had he screamed in agony.
An agonized scream that seemed to tear his throat apart burst forth from Yi Chen,
Pain, unimaginably intense pain! Yi Chen experienced a level of pain like never before, and even with all his pain receptors off, he couldn’t lessen it by the slightest.
Moon Trace Lorrian had already fainted from the pain, spikes growing from his skin; the special Iron Chains were rapidly destroying both body and soul, and he would never transcend.
Spikes began to grow on Yi Chen’s body, too,
and with the emergence of each spike, the pain increased another level.
In his view, it was utterly impossible to endure.
His consciousness became increasingly muddled as spikes grew from his flesh, even his eyeballs and eyelids sprouted spikes, preventing him from closing his eyes… Slowly, his consciousness nearly dissipated.
At that moment, Yi Chen felt as if he was about to return to that dark sea symbolizing death.
A piece of recent memory hidden deep in his brain surged, pulling Yi Chen into a ‘boundary’ between life and death, and before his eyes, Zed’s Paradise materialized.
Zede, with bandages wrapped around his eyes, was inserting every spike-like needle into Yi Chen’s every acupoint—amplifying the pain and continuously pushing Yi Chen’s endurance to the limit.
“Can’t you hold on anymore, Yi Chen? You are the only gentleman in Zion City who has a perfect affinity with me, and you are also my only student, Zede.”
“It hurts so much, this pain that transcends the body, I just can’t suppress it~ah!”
“You could eat little fish and shrimps on a daily basis, but can’t handle a banquet of sharks? I’ve never taught you to suppress the pain.
Besides, why suppress it?
