"I think that’s enough."
After Quincy’s spirit finished creating the cabin, I decided to install a few things inside.
First, a sink and a kitchen with Quincy.
A man needs a place to cook, after all.
After that, I used the same principle as the bucket to create bowls that linked to the small hole, fetching water each time mana was infused into them.
I placed these in the bathroom, toilet, and every other area that required water in the house.
Quincy, on the other hand, made furniture with her spirits.
Apparently, she had both a wool and cotton spirit, so it was fairly easy for her.
"Now that I think about it, this feels a little unfair to the other students."
I smirked. "I like it."
Now that the installation was complete, it was finally time to rest.
The cabin door eased open, and I turned to see Quincy’s face peeking in.
"Hey, are you done? Or do you need help?"
"No..." I replied, channeling a bit of mana into the bowl. "I’m finished here."
She pushed the door fully open and skipped toward me.
She was dressed in a white nightgown that was slightly translucent, her damp hair falling over one shoulder.
Before I could comment on her appearance, she wrapped her arms around me from behind.
For a moment, my pulse nearly burst out of my chest.
"What are you doing?" I asked casually.
She pressed her head against my back, as if inhaling my scent.
She shook her head. "No, never. I love every part of Allen."
I stayed quiet, her soft curves pressing firmly against my back.
And when I said soft, I meant impossibly so.
Her hold around my waist tightened. "Allen, Quincy asked me to tell you... that she loves you."
I almost laughed. "Aren’t you Quincy though?"
She buried her face against my back, even though I couldn’t see her anyway.
After a long pause, she whispered,
"Since you know I’m Quincy, why haven’t you confessed yet?"
’Haaaah, Allen, you idiot.’
So now I was planning on making a harem?
’My heart can’t take this.’
Regaining composure, I responded.
"Because Quincy loves you."
I felt her lashes brush faintly through my shirt. "Really?"
She stayed quiet, waiting.
Yes, that was my cue to speak.
"Quincy, Allen says I should tell you that he loves you, okay?"
She lingered, then let out a laugh. "Hehehe, tell him Quincy said okay, that she loves him too."
I chuckled softly. "Now can you let me go? You’re squeezing me."
She shook her head. "Say it sweetly."
I swallowed. "Pwease let me go~"
"Hehehe, nice try, but that’s not sweet enough."
All this was so new to me.
But Quincy... she carried so many emotions.
Maybe I could actually learn a thing or two from her.
"Sweetie..." I began, hardly believing the words coming out of my mouth. "Can you let me go? I have work to do."
Quincy reluctantly released me, and when I turned, my heartbeat and breathing spiked again.
She tried to hide her blush with her hands, her golden eyes peeking through, but that only made her look even cuter.
’Fragile damn heart.’
Her ears were completely red—along with practically everything else.
"I let you go," she mumbled softly.
Then her hand lowered slightly, her cheeks puffing. "Now, darling won’t hurt."
I immediately turned away and leaned on the sink for support.
’Damn, that one hit hard.’
Quincy giggled at my reaction. "Since we’re dating now, I made only one bed, okay?"
I snapped my gaze back to her with a blank look. "I’m pretty sure you made the beds ages ago."
Quincy averted her eyes. "Oh my, look at the time."
She spun around stiffly. "I should get going then."
I strangely wanted to try something.
No, I never acted on impulse.
I clasped Quincy’s hand and pulled her toward me.
She gasped as she stumbled into my chest.
Her eyes widened briefly before she looped her arms around my neck and melted into the kiss.
My mind went blank, our tongues entwining.

With a faint sound, we parted.
Her face was completely flushed, but she didn’t shy away or try to hide it.
Her lips tasted like a mix of candies.
And the kiss itself was incredible.
Yes, this was where I’d blame everything on impulse.
This was definitely impulse, not me.
I leaned in and kissed her again.
And it seemed she had been waiting for it too.
She stepped back slowly, and I followed, our lips never parting.
Reaching out, I pushed open the kitchen door and lifted her by the hips.
Her soft chest pressed against mine, her face above mine now as she leaned in again.
We pulled apart, and before I could even breathe, she kissed me once more.
I carried her carefully between kisses, my hand sliding her white nightgown upward so I could feel more of her thighs.
They were warm against my palm—soft, tender, and intoxicating.
Quincy held my head close as we reached the bedroom, and I placed her on the bed with a gentle thud.
And no, I wasn’t planning on going too far yet.
Even I wasn’t ready to father a child.
Maybe I would’ve thought differently if I had protection, but either way, I wasn’t going that far.
"Want to sleep together?"
Quincy nodded shyly. "Mhmm..."
I was about to climb into bed when it hit me.
"Shit, I haven’t taken my bath yet."
Yes... it had to be a mood spoiler.
Quincy giggled before bursting into laughter.
"You better take your bath quickly..." She waved me off. "Don’t keep me waiting, okay?"
