She said obediently, lowering her head and quietly eating her meal.
Eleanor Hollis felt as if she’d been suddenly lifted from hell to heaven. After dinner, she insisted on washing the dishes with the servants; not even a herd of cattle could stop her.
Hugo Quinn watched her back with a smile in his eyes.

Jane Shaw sat on the sofa with Chloe, watching TV together.

Jane Shaw blushed, grabbing a snack from the table and started eating.
"That was a misunderstanding. You should blame the person who went for the paternity test, saying he brought about such a blunder."
Hugo Quinn stopped talking, sitting quietly on the sofa.
Eleanor Hollis hummed a tune and came over, naturally sitting beside him.
Hugo Quinn saw her face full of undisguised joy and his mouth curved into a smile.
"Of course I’m happy."
Eleanor Hollis raised an eyebrow and said, now feeling bubbles of happiness in her heart.
Jane Shaw couldn’t be bothered watching their lovey-dovey displays and quietly ate.
Simon Quinn likely didn’t know that his troubles were about to come knocking.
Ever since he met Chloe, he couldn’t settle his thoughts, even in his office he kept pondering the child’s appearance.
Was the kid really like his fourth brother? Why did he feel that child looks more like him?
He had a faint sense of expectation, but thinking about the paternity test results made him a bit lost.

Simon Quinn said angrily, wishing he could gouge out his eyes.
"Why, can’t I look? I’m just curious how a beast in clothes looks."
Simon Quinn gritted his teeth and said. He and his fourth brother had always been at odds, having clashed covertly and caused trouble for each other before. Though they had decent relationships as children, it was unclear why they became , daggers drawn as they grew up.
But to others, two men’s bickering might seem juvenile, and that’s exactly what the old man thought.
His brow kept twitching, unable to resist thumping his cane.
"What are you staring at? Hurry up and tell me why we’re all together tonight!"
He was busy selecting wedding dates and needed to get the invitations ready soon, aiming to hold the wedding next month.
Hugo snorted and looked at the old man.
"Dad, that kid isn’t mine, it’s Simon’s."
When the old man heard this, he immediately wanted to throw his shoe at him.
"Rubbish! Don’t think I’ll stand by your side, letting you pin all the blame on your brother. Your brother has only focused on business over the years, how could he have a kid!!"
Hugo tilted his head, fearing that shoe might actually fly over.
"Then you should ask him what exactly he did on November 5th, 2008."
Simon furrowed his brow, remembering that night clearly; it was his first time being with a woman.
Although no one knew about it, he was out of it, having just finished a hotel engagement when he saw a pretty woman who matched his taste. Alcohol probably played a factor as he pulled her into the room.
As for how that woman looked, he truly didn’t see clearly because his partner had said a present was waiting at his door, and he reflexively thought the present was the woman.
After that night, he signed a contract with his partner, and both sides were happy.
"What are you trying to say?"
He looked at his brother, puzzled why he specifically picked this date.
Seeing his expression, Hugo guessed he remembered what happened, which made things easier.

"What else? She’s brought her daughter to find you, she accidentally got your hair that night, so the paternity test results turned out like that. I advise you to be kind and take responsibility for the mother and daughter."
