Chapter 109: Chapter 109 The Fencing Knight Elder
The subordinates scattered in panic, taking a few steps back, one of them dropping the blood-stained dagger in his hand and shaking his head vigorously, “It wasn’t me, you ran into it yourself!”
Black Fatty clutched at his chest, but the blood would not stop. He looked at Tao Ti as if he had gone mad, “It’s you! You, Little Monster, are going to get me killed! I won’t let you off even in death!”
Raging, he picked up a whip from the ground and charged at Tao Ti, bellowing, “I want you to be buried with me!”
Just as the whip was about to strike Tao Ti, a Lion’s Head Cane appeared, blocking the strike.
The old man was panting, having finally found his granddaughter, only to arrive and see this bloody Black Fatty shouting about dragging his granddaughter to a shared grave!
Was this his fate for growing old? For no longer being able to wield a sword?
“Get out of the way! You old coot! What are you gawking at? Kill him!” Black Fatty, like an enraged black bear, roared and bellowed.
The two subordinates closed in on Tao Mo. Tao Mo gripped the Lion’s Head Cane, pressed on the lion’s nose, and pulled with force.
A Sword was actually hidden inside the cane!
The blade was slim, designed for thrusting, a fencing Sword specifically, made of spring steel.
In medieval Europe, fencing was considered one of the seven noble sports for knights, along with horseback riding, swimming, hunting, chess, poetry, and javelin throwing.
In his youth, the old master had heard that his secret love admired Zorro and wanted a valiant knight for a Prince Charming. Immediately, he learned all the skills a knight should possess and eventually won the lady’s heart. He knelt on one knee and proposed successfully.
Despite his age, the old master was light on his feet, agile, and his thrusts with the Sword were quick and precise. In a few moves, he had floored two burly men.
By the time a large group of police arrived, they saw the old master performing an impressive maneuver to sheathe the Sword back into the Lion’s Head Cane. He was slightly bent over and trying to stand tall on the cane, clearly exhausted but still striving to look dapper.
Tao Ti had witnessed the entire process. Her eyes sparkled as if studded with stars. She began clapping her hands and cheering, “Grandpa is amazing, grandpa is so skilled, grandpa is the coolest…”
Hearing his granddaughter’s cheers, a quiet smile crept onto Tao Mo’s face.
The police moved in to subdue the five of them and found that Black Fatty was wearing a bulletproof vest. For a knife to penetrate and cause so much blood loss was incredibly unlucky! This was also the main reason Black Fatty wasn’t dead yet.
Black Fatty struggled fiercely, “We are legitimate citizens, what wrong have we done, you can’t arrest us!”
Police Officer B, “Even now you deny it? Search!”
“Go on and search. We haven’t committed any crime, you can’t arrest us!”
Seeing him without fear, Officer B couldn’t help frowning.
This criminal was too cunning. Who knew he had a twin brother who had all this time not reported his ID card?
The one who had been caught by the police years ago was his scapegoat, his innocent twin brother, meanwhile, he had already made his escape.
But there was no concrete evidence for all of this, and now if he insisted he was the brother, the police had no way to deal with him.
The only option was to find the incriminating evidence!

The police began their search, rummaging through the several suitcases nearby, finding a bunch of miscellaneous everyday items. The only thing that seemed odd was the plaster cast of David.
Black Fatty, “I’ve been learning to sketch recently, this is a model for drawing plaster, there’s nothing wrong with that, right?”
“You can sketch?” Officer B said incredulously, shaking the plaster vigorously, trying to hear if anything was hidden inside.
“There’s truly no issue, if you don’t believe me, you can smash it open and see, there’s nothing inside.”
