The absurdity was laughable; wars between human races due to different skin colors ceased because of the presence of a different species, the Mermaid Clan.
The discord between humans and the Mermaid Clan was also put to a halt due to the invasion by extraterrestrial creatures, leading to a united front against the common enemy.
On the battlefield, as an alien creature opened its massive jaws to devour a human warrior, Tao Ti charged forward and kicked it so hard it flew off, shrinking as it seemed to be kicked out of the atmosphere.
The terrifying power of that kick was evident!
The human warriors, shaken, turned to Little Mermaid with smiles, “Thank you.”
“No worries, we’re all Earthlings!” Tao Ti beamed radiantly, her smile sweet and endearing in the sunlight.
Drumbeats echoed, the music intensified, and the war reached its final moment.
With a thunderous drumbeat, the war came to an end, and all extraterrestrial creatures were eradicated.
At the victory celebration, humans and the Mermaid Clan clinked glasses, singing and dancing together. Mermaids twirled and leaped on land with their tails, their forms graceful; humans cheered and applauded, the atmosphere harmonious and joyful.
As the three Little Mermaids danced, subtitles appeared.
This short video was longer than the previous two, but not by much, as most of it was played in fast-forward, allowing viewers to understand the entire story without taking up too much time.
When the screen went black, Little Chubby Monk was the first to speak: “It’s over.”
Bald Senior Brother let out a long breath, “It’s solid! We’ve got this!”
“Fantastic!” Comb Senior Brother clapped vigorously, as if he was one of the human warriors applauding the Little Mermaids’ performance, clapping hard and cheering for the video.
Flat-headed Senior Brother commented with composure, “Pandemic, doctor, body donation—the previous video used the hottest topics, but despite a strong start with conflict, it felt a bit negative, from family disputes to the commotion and accidental death, it was too abrupt.”
“Little Taotie’s performance also touched on hot-button issues, like different skin colors, racial discrimination, conflicts, war, civil strife! But the most ingenious part is the dramatic twist at the end! The war among humans was stopped by the arrival of a different race, and the conflict between humans and non-human species was halted by the invasion of extraterrestrial creatures!”
“The most clever part was the line, ‘Don’t mention it, we are all from Earth!’ It’s like when you’re in a foreign land and meet someone from your hometown, and you help each other out, saying, ‘Don’t mention it, we’re both from the same place!'”
The crowd nodded in agreement as they listened to his analysis.
