174 Attending The Gala
When He Miao returned home, she was met with Onion’s resentful eyes.
He Miao quickly picked it up and carefully coaxed it in her arms.
She had been too busy to play with Onion for the past few days and had locked it in the room all day. It had liked to stick to her since it was young. The little thing was very intelligent and might think that she did not want it anymore.
That was what Jing Yan thought. This woman had been busy for two days and had not contacted him. Now, he was so angry that he wanted to tear her apart and eat her up so that she could be with him all the time.
He Miao gently smoothed Onion’s fur, then carried it to the bathroom to take a shower.

Jing Yan sighed and looked at the time on his watch. His time as a dog was getting shorter and shorter, which meant that if He Miao continued to be as busy as she was now, he might not even be able to see her once a week.

The next day was the day that He Miao and Xia Yan would be attending the party together. After school, she packed her things and met Xia Yan at the school gate.
