Likewise, Xu Qianyun and Qu Junfeng benefited immensely, going from full confidence initially to having their worldviews shattered, and now to a numb acceptance, all in less than a month.
With a dull thud, the two were once again thrown onto the soft mats in the training room, staring at the ceiling with no desire to get up.

Having been tossed and beaten for most of the month, Xu Qianyun felt lifeless, knowing full well what awaited him if he got up.
