The Giant Dragon let out a wild roar and charged straight at Ye Mo. The huge Black Lake was split right into two under the force of the Great Dragon’s charge, with tidal waves on either side rising as high as buildings.
Looking at the onrushing Giant Dragon, Ye Mo remained unmoved. Allowing his body to move along with the rising waves, he remained motionless, no matter how threatening his opponent’s attack was.

In an instant, a fierce battle in the sky and above the Black Lake was sparked between the two Giant Dragons. The two Giant Dragon intertwined with each other.
As the two Giant Dragons battled, the Black Dragon slowly disappeared, with the surroundings reverting back to being the big palace.
A good few hours passed before the two Giant Dragons finally separated from each other. The two Giant Dragons went back to their human forms. One of the two had a head of long black hair, sharp facial features, and a smile on his face. With his hands at his sides, he looked at Ye Mo in silence.
As for Ye Mo, he had collapsed to the ground, panting heavily with his forehead covered with sweat.
“Patriarch Dragon Martial?”
Having toiled with his opponent for so long, Ye Mo would be a real fool if he still couldn’t figure out his identity.
“You brat. Patriarch Dragon Martial? Call me Master!” The smile on the man’s face instantly disappeared as he said with a hint of anger, “You have reaped so many rewards from the Giant Dragon Lake. You even managed to boost your Heart Training to Level Seven. Even I myself hadn’t reached such a level at your age.”
“Master? Who exactly are you?” Ye Mo was exasperated, completely clueless.
“I am Mu Longwu, also known as the Patriarch Dragon Martial.”

Mu Longwu was taken somewhat by surprise. It took him a huge amount of effort to fuse with the Rising Dragon Pillars. As a member of the Mu Family, trained in the Giant Mu Powers and extremely gifted, he would be able to send someone flying even without the Rising Dragon Pillars.
But this kid before him, not a day older than 20 years, showed up with the Rising Dragon Pillars.
“Senior, are you...?” Ye Mo was somewhat surprised. Logically speaking, Mu Longwu was already dead. But, there he stood, right before him, evidently still alive.

Seeing that Ye Mo was still greatly confused, he continued speaking, “Life is made up of one’s soul and one’s flesh. Since that’s the case, the destruction of one’s soul and one’s flesh will result in death. Ye Mo nodded his head, finally understanding the gist of it.

“Since you possess the Rising Dragon Pillars, you should take up the responsibility of it,” Mu Longwu said. “The Rising Dragon Pillars chose you, and I have no doubt that you have experienced its great might as well. I need you to help me accomplish a task.”
“Say it. Whatever it is, I will do my best.” Ye Mo agreed without a moment of hesitation. With both the Rising Dragon Pillars and him helping him reach Level Seven in his mental state, Mu Longwu had helped Ye Mo immensely. It was the least Ye Mo could do to help him in return. Furthermore, he was nothing less than a top-three fighter in the land. That fact alone would be enough to tame a huge amount of people.
