However, the liquor promoter’s clothes, apart from liquor stains, were also covered with something that looked like vomit, far from the shine of Golden Splendor’s uniforms.
As soon as the door opened, she pushed Xia You out and crouched beside the toilet, vomiting uncontrollably. The acidic smell of stomach fluids mixed with the alcohol fumed immediately, clouding the originally scented restrooms.
The woman pulled at the toilet paper beside her, mouth still filled with vomit, "I need a moment, you go to VIP418 and cover for me." She couldn’t finish her sentence as acid dripped onto the tissue again.
"That’s your client, not my business." Xia You thought something had happened; she looked around, and aside from her stall, the rest in the restroom were empty. It was very peculiar that this woman specifically chose her location, wondering if it was intentional.
"Not your business? I thought you and that Mo Xixi were in cahoots, seems I was mistaken." The woman’s face buried in her vomit-stained long hair, her eyes shone through, gleaming green beneath the hair.
Xia You recognized her; she was the woman who had given her directions the other day, she still remembered the woman’s name, Li Zhen, a once beautiful, now no longer young, liquor promoter.
The atmosphere cooled down, much like the marble floor they were sitting on, chilling to the bone.
"I’ll say it again, V418, if you don’t go there soon, your friend might not just throw up alcohol but start vomiting blood, and if they drink to death, that’s not my problem," the woman forcefully wiped her lips with that piece of toilet paper, the lipstick smudged, the paper instantly turning the color of a clot of blood.
