Ling Momo felt the rage burning within her. She halted in her tracks, slowly turned around, and her pitch-black, shining pupils flitted past Jian Chenxi, finally settling on Lu Niange’s face. Lu Niange looked at her with bright, tender eyes, steady and unwavering.

Lu Niange didn’t speak, looking into Ling Momo’s eyes, bright and dazzling, just like many years ago when Ling Momo had stopped Lu Niange in the dead of night, staring into his dazzling eyes and shouted, "Lu Niange, I like you!"
