Just like what Fu Zhi said, the wolf was smart. The impatience and desire to tear Fu Zhi apart in its eyes dissipated, and it howled at its pack.
After receiving an order from their leader, some of the wolves all backed away from Fu Zhi reluctantly.
Then, their leader howled again, causing its pack to slowly move towards the cage. That said, they all did not avert their gaze from Fu Zhi as they were afraid that she would harm their leader.
It was only until all of them were inside the cage that Fu Zhi removed the blade from the wolf.
The wolf got up from the ground. It looked at Fu Zhi for a moment before running towards the cage.
Everyone was stunned as nobody knew what had happened.
Ever since the establishment of the arena, this was the first time the beasts went back to their cage without putting up a fight.
Not only the audience but even the staff of the arena were stunned as well.
They did not expect that Fu Zhi would be so smart. Even though the odds were against her, she could point out the leader of the wolf pack and take control of it before the rest of the wolves could do anything.
Right now, she was standing in the center of the field. There was no expression on her face as she gazed at the audience.
If the wolf pack refused to come out of their cage, the fight could not be continued. The staff kept flogging the wolves to force them come out of the cage and continue the fight.
However, the wolf pack did not budge. Some of them even bared their fangs at the staff back.
They had seen it through. They knew very well that the staff did not dare to do anything to them since they still needed them to help them earn money. However, Fu Zhi was different. When she said that she would kill all of them, they knew she really meant it.
The staff could not get the wolves out of the cage, and all of the audience were dumbfounded when they saw the scene.
"So… Can anyone tell me what's happening?"

"Apparently, these wolves are afraid of that woman."
"What? How can a bunch of beasts be afraid of a woman? How is this even possible?"
Some of the gamblers had used up all their money to bet on the wolf pack. If they refused to fight and admitted defeat, they were going to lose all of their money!
One of the audience could not hold himself anymore and dashed towards the staff. He snatched the whip from the staff's hand and shouted at the wolves.
"D*mn it! Go and fight here, you bunch of losers!
"How can you guys be afraid of her? You're wolves!"
However, when the wolf pack refused to give him any response, he turned to the staff and asked, "Did you give this pack of wolves some kind of drug? Otherwise, how could they not fight with this woman even though they're starving? Let me tell you something. Although we're gamblers, we won't let you all go easily if we find out that you're scamming our money!"
All in all, they did not believe that a little girl like Fu Zhi was able to force a wolf pack back into their cage.
They did not know about it, but the leader of the wolf pack knew it very well.
At the moment Fu Zhi stabbed the blade into its neck, it knew that she was serious when she said she was going to kill them if they did not listen to her.
The person in charge hastily came down to the field to control the situation.
"We will never scam your money, and we have never fed any drug to the beasts," the person in charge said, "Besides, we don't domesticate the beasts as we want them to retain their natural instinct.
