The No.1 Anti-Fans in Basketball Chapter 459

Hansen quickly approached the woman.

She also noticed him and turned around.

Upon closer observation, Hansen noticed her features were very distinct.

A high nose bridge, deep-set eyes, and full lips.

The exotic flair he sensed from a distance became even clearer at this moment.

The woman in front of him appeared to be of Indian descent.

While looking, Hansen suddenly noticed that she had begun to smile.

She looked even more attractive when she smiled.

While thinking this, Hansen suddenly realized that staring at her this way didn’t seem very polite.

Just as he was figuring out how to greet her, she beat him to it, "Han?"

Unexpectedly, the woman knew who he was.

If this were Memphis, it wouldn’t be surprising, but this was Oakland.

But then again, she was a cheerleader, how could she not know him?

Hansen nodded, then also spoke directly, "Can I have your contact information?"

The woman was taken aback at first, then covered her mouth and laughed again.

Hansen looked puzzled.

Seeing his serious face, trying to hold back her laughter, she said, "You know what? Of all the guys I’ve met, you’re the first one to ask me for my contact right away."

Hansen couldn’t help but laugh upon hearing this, he really had no experience in making such approaches.

"I wanted to meet you back at Oracle Arena but then I couldn’t find you anywhere. I was afraid of missing the chance again, so..."

He spoke the truth. After all, it had been more than half a year since he first saw her, and being able to meet her again was already deemed fate.

The woman was surprised, considering Hansen was no ordinary person.

She extended her right hand to Hansen with a smile.

Though Hansen’s approach lacked sophistication, sincerity was his killer move.

Hansen handed over his phone, and the woman quickly input her number and made a call, resulting in her phone ringing.

A song with distinctive Indian traits played, confirming Hansen’s earlier presumption.

"My name is Ajalee," the woman said with easy confidence.

Hearing the name, Hansen paused for a moment, it felt familiar, but he couldn’t recall where he had heard it.

However, that was normal since the woman was just a cheerleader, and as a transmigrator, he couldn’t be expected to remember her name.

"Are you here to buy a pet?" Hansen, now relaxed after getting her contact, asked.

"No, I just like to look around. I have classes and don’t have time to take care of them," Ajalee replied with a look of regret.

"You’re still a student?" Hansen was somewhat surprised, and his gaze involuntarily swept down; are students really this well-developed nowadays?

"Yes, I study at Berkeley."

"I know that school, the best music college. You must have a great talent for music," Hansen said, seizing every chance to make a good impression.

The University of California, Berkeley is located in the Bay Area, only about eight or nine kilometers from Oakland, which made it completely plausible for Ajalee to appear here and for her to be a cheerleader at the Warriors’ home court.

Ajalee smiled again, but this time it was out of happiness. No one could resist being praised.

"Oh, right," Hansen said while pulling out a few tickets from his pocket,

"I have some extra tickets for tomorrow night’s game. If you have classmates who want to attend, they might be useful." The tickets Hansen could get were usually for seats closer to the front rows.

"Thank you," Ajalee accepted them naturally.

Just then, someone called out to Ajalee, and she left after saying goodbye.

Watching her departure, Hansen felt even happier than if he had made a game-winning shot.

Now he understood Scarlett’s words even better.

"This woman doesn’t seem ordinary," Rondo said, having approached unnoticed.

Hansen looked puzzled.

"She knows you’re an NBA superstar and yet didn’t seem overly excited," Rondo explained his observation.

As a back-to-back finals MVP and the face of UA, as long as injuries didn’t ruin his career, being worth hundreds of millions was just the beginning.

Normally if you meet a multimillionaire you recognize out on the street and they greet you, wouldn’t you be excited?

"Maybe because she’s been a cheerleader, she’s seen a lot of NBA superstars," Hansen suggested.

"That makes even less sense. If she really was a cheerleader, she’d be more excited about you, because she’d know how rich you are," Rondo, the objective observer, indeed made a good point.

"And the way she took those tickets you gave her, those are worth thousands of US dollars, yet she didn’t seem to care. That’s not ordinary," Rondo shook his head as he spoke.

Hansen thought about it and it seemed to be true. Thɪs chapter is updatᴇd by 𝙣𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙡·𝕗𝕚𝕣𝕖·𝔫𝔢𝔱

But that wasn’t important anymore.

What mattered was that he had obtained her contact, and if he had a chance to get to know her more, he would naturally learn her identity.

The next evening, the Grizzlies vs. Warriors game commenced at Oracle Arena.

As Hansen entered from the players’ tunnel, he looked towards the edges of the court.

He was checking the seats for which he had given away tickets.

Indeed, there were some people who looked like students, though not as developed as Ajalee.

However, he didn’t spot Ajalee among them.

So Ajalee had passed on the tickets she got from him to others but didn’t come herself?

With this question in mind, Hansen scanned the crowd again and then spotted Ajalee sitting in the very front row.
