Shortly after Little JingKong sat down, a small boy also joined the class. Master Jiang arranged for him to sit in the middle row, and because of his small height, Little JingKong sat in the first row.
It was not clear whether Xiao Liulang had hit a sore spot or if the two were simply too far apart, but the first day passed uneventfully.
Master Jiang introduced the new student as Chu Yu.
Though his full name was Qin Chuyu.
Qin Chuyu suffered through a torturous first day at Guozijian. He found Master Jiang’s lesson completely unintelligible and had trouble sitting still. As soon as school was dismissed, he rushed out of Guozijian, leaving his school bag behind.
He was incognito as a student, and the person who came to pick him up was also in disguised attire.
“Your Highness,” the carriage driver greeted him softly.
“Highness, what?” Qin Chuyu frowned in annoyance, scrambling into the carriage with his hands and feet.
Inside the carriage, the crown princess in a gold-color gauzy dress sat reading a book on a couch. Her manner was dignified, her demeanor graceful, and her beauty beyond words.
Upon seeing an annoyed Qin Chuyu, she gently laid down her book, looking at him warmly, “What’s wrong? Who has upset our dear Xiaoqi?”
Qin Chuyu flopped beside the crown princess and complained indignantly, “The imperial sister-in-law lied to me! Guozijian is not fun at all! I wouldn’t have gone if I’d known!”
“Are you still upset about this morning’s incident?” The crown princess had been waiting for a long time and had naturally been informed of Qin Chuyu’s situation, “I heard that it was a three-year-old child. As a prince, you can’t even tolerate this much?”

Yet, he still had no interest in schooling.

That would be too humiliating.
Suddenly, he thought of the three-year-old toddler.
Why did it seem like he understood the lessons?
So young, had his nursing period ended yet?
Seeing his continued defiance, the crown princess took out a food box, gently lifting the lid.
A whiff of milky aroma wafted out and filled the whole carriage.
Qin Chuyu’s attention was instantly diverted, and his mouth started to water.
The fact that he had grown into Little Fat shows that his resistance to delicious food was far less than that of ordinary people.
He looked at the sheep milk cake in the box, swallowing excitedly.
The crown princess spoke softly, laughing, “In celebration of Xiaoqi’s first day at Guozijian, here’s a reward, a piece of sheep milk cake.”
Qin Chuyu blinked in disbelief, “Can I… Can I eat it?”
The crown princess replied with a smile, “Of course.”
Drooling, Qin Chuyu asked, “Father and mother won’t blame me, right?”
Because he was eating so much and had become the fattest in the Imperial Palace, both the Emperor and Empress forbade him from eating these tasty snacks anymore.
In a gentle voice, the crown princess reassured him, “Don’t worry. The Empress Mother has given her permission. As long as you regularly attend classes, you can have a piece each day after school.”
Qin Chuyu sat upright, “Then I want to come to school! I want to come every day!”
The crown princess teasingly touched his little chubby nose, “Not only do you have to attend, you have to fully invest yourself, listen carefully, and not bully anyone with your power. You are a prince, you are a ruler, they are the people, you should protect them, not bully them.”
Qin Chuyu reached out to grab the cake.
“Hey.” The crown princess caught his chubby hand, “Wipe your hands first.”

The crown princess chuckled, took a handkerchief, wet it with tea, and started wiping his hands.
Only then did Qin Chuyu reach for the sheep milk cake in the food box, munching away with vigor.

The crown princess gave Qin Chuyu an indulgent look, he was too focused on devouring the sheep milk cake to notice their conversation.
