“Who?” Gu Changqing asked.
Gu Jiao shook her head: “I couldn’t see him clearly, he was wearing a mask.”
Gu Changqing looked around and noticed the hidden weapon on the ground. He picked it up and his brows furrowed, “Is it him?”
Gu Jiao hmm-ed, “You know him?”
Gu Changqing explained, “The first biggest thief in Capital City, Flying Frost. This frost dart is his unique hidden weapon.”
Flying Frost was a big headache for the official government. He had wreaked havoc on Dali Temple, Jingzhao Residence, and the Ministry of Punishment, stealing numerous confidential documents, ensuring his steady position as the number one wanted criminal in the kingdom.
Unfortunately, he was elusive, and never been caught.
No one had even seen his true face.
Gu Changqing asked, “Why would he steal your things?”
Was Flying Frost immune to embarrassment? Fancy targeting a young girl?
Gu Jiao recalled her conversation with him and said, “He seemed to know me.”
“Flying Frost… knows you?” Gu Changqing was taken aback.
As the evening came, the snowfall grew heavier.

Gu Chenglin managed to get out of bed and move around, but he couldn’t walk far and generally used a wheelchair. He asked the servant to push his wheelchair out of his room in irritation, heading toward his second brother’s place.
