Eric finished cleaning the counters and sighed loudly. he was done for the day. He removed the apron folded it carefully and placed it in its place. Sha returned from the counter to take over. From now they didn’t have to coo anything but they had to keep check of the stocks and make pre-orders from late on.
"That guy is still waiting for you," a little shadow whispered with a small smile. "I have to admit he looks awfully handsome."
Eric frowned. he slowly poked his hand out the window to gaze at his store. A lone man in a suit was sitting by the window. And by him were a few empty boxes of macron. Just looking at his silhouette Eric was able to discern who this was.
It was Bai Yuri.
’Why is he here? isn’t he supposed to be in Denmark? What the heck is going on?’ he bit his lips anxiously.
Sha gently patted his back. "Are you okay?"
"y-yes yes I’m good." he cleared his throat. ’Why am I even hiding? Why did I run? I don’t have to. He is no longer a part of my life and I no longer have to fear him.’ He nodded to himself.
Yesterday’s session at the shooting range really helped relieve some of the grievances he had.
Straightening up he walked up to the man. Putting on a fake smile he patted his back. "You wanted to see me, sir?"
Yuri gazed up at him dazedly. "Yes... I wanted to see you." He gestured to the seat opposite him. "Please have a seat,"
Eric mentally prepared himself and sat on the seat opposite him. "Looks like you enjoy our treats. It’s a pleasure to have patrons like you sir," he smiled making it less awkward.
Yuri smiled softly. "Yes, they were delicious." He went quiet peering at him intensely.
Eric squirmed in his seat. ’Why is he looking at me like that? Isn’t he going to ask about Denmark? Why is he not talking?’
He sat there gently tapping the table.
Yuri didn’t say anything at all.
"I’m really glad you enjoyed our treats," he said and stood up ready to leave.
"Wait... I came here to request a favor."
Eric said back down. "Yes,"
"I... I have a condition and only you can help me." He held out his hand to him.
Awkwardly Eric held his heated palm. ’What is he doing?’
"My body heats up abnormally and sometimes I go into a coma-like state. Only you have been able to control it,"
Eric tried his best to remain calm. He simply nodded and listened to him. While doing so he subtly opened his yin yang eyes.
Sitting so close to him he could feel all that yang energy that heat that operated his body, if it was any normal man, they would have blasted Alive. But Yuri was a special case. He must have special veins for yang cultivation but since he had not cultivated the natural yang in his body, he was I the verge of death multiple times.
The only solution for his situation was cultivation.
But if he suggested that everyone will look at him like he was crazy.
"I need you,"
Eric froze. "I can give you a yin enchantment but it’s only a temporary fix. What you have is called a yang body, people with such a constitution have the ability to absolve yang energy from the atmosphere and store it in their body."
Yuri listened with rapt attention
"The only way to solve this condition is to... cultivate," he whispered softly.
"Cultivate what?" Yuri curiously gazed at him.
"Cultivate your body,"
Bai Yuri leaned back, sipping his cup. "so, I must work out and stuff?"
"No, haven’t you heard of cultivation, like from the novels? You have to cultivate that energy in your body to make your absorption power much higher. Only if you do that won’t you die."
There was another method. A person with strong yang energy like this can copulate with a strong yin energy body. It’s called dual cultivation. It was mentioned in passing in both the yin and yang book but Eric did not pay much attention to it.
Because it was not impossible for Yuri to dual cultivate with him.
"Ahem.... There is also another unconventional way. you are a married person, right?" he gestured to his ring. "You can copulate with her to..."
"We are getting a divorce,"
Eric gazed up at him in shock. "Huh?"
"We are getting a divorce so that is not an option. Please elaborate more about this cultivation technique."
Eric dazedly blinked up at him. ’He is leaving her...’ his heartbeat started to pick up. but soon he regained his calm. ’This is what most married men tell. its all lies...’
He cleared his throat. "There are very less books available about yang cultivation. Coincidentally I have one in my possession. I’ll mail you a copy. Just follow along with the instruction and you will be able to cultivate."
"Can I take a look at it please," Yuri looked anxious.
Eric thankfully had a copy of the eBook in his mail. He sent it to him.
Bai Yuri sat there reading the book with rapt attention, but as time went on his frowning brows became much more severe. He placed a phone down with a sigh. "I don’t see a thing in here,"
"Huh?"
"I don’t see a thing in here...." he held up the phone to his face. "it’s blank."
Eri gazed at the writing that was in front of his face. "it’s right there."
"I don’t see it." Yuri smiled. "You’re not pranking me, right?"
"no, it’s right there wait I’ll prove t to you," Eric called one of the waitresses close and showed it to her. "This guy can’t see anything it seems." He said sarcastically.
The waitress seemed awkward. "Boss... I don’t see anything,"
"Huh?" Eric gazed at the eBook and then at both of them. "It’s not possible I can see it then. why...."
Then he realized something. The yin-yang book can only be read by ones with yin-yang eyes!
