“Zhao Zhan.”
Yue Jiaojiao called out softly, and Zhao Zhan subconsciously held his breath. Yue Jiaojiao sat down in front of him and put her legs on his lap. She hooked his little finger and said, “I realize that you’re getting more and more powerful.”

Zhao Zhan wanted to cry but had no tears.
Jiaojiao sat on his lap, and he was so nervous that all the muscles in his body were tensed.
Now that he heard Yue Jiaojiao’s words, he was afraid of hurting her so he tried his best to relax his body.
However, the person sitting on top of him still had lots to say.
“Jiaojiao, let me carry you to the soft couch to sit for a while, okay? I’ve bought you a new storybook. You’ve been rereading that book too many times.”
Zhao Zhan tried his best to change the topic. He realized that he was starting to lose control of his body again.

“You can read this new book. I’ll go get you bath water. Or do you want to have some porridge first?” Zhao Zhan stopped mid-sentence and let out a muffled groan. “Oh.”
