Fu Bin kept both hands in his pants pockets, stifling a laugh and speaking gloatingly: "She said herself she didn’t want you to take her home, that’s not my problem."
Feng Yi pulled Li Manman into his arms: "She’s drunk and you believe what she said?"
Fu Bin leisurely took out a cigarette from his pocket, lit it, and played with the lighter in his other hand: "You just go on being sour, I didn’t even touch her, look how nervous you are."
Han Xi glanced back at the situation, and mischievously snapped a photo of Feng Yi holding Li Manman with his phone.
Outside the club, Su Yan hadn’t arrived yet, so Lu Jinghan helped Chu Ci into the car to wait.
Feng Yi carried Li Manman horizontally into the passenger seat, leaned over to buckle her seatbelt, before greeting Lu Jinghan and the others as he left.
Fu Bin drove off soon after.
Han Xi and Lu Jinghan got into the car, and after a good while, Su Yan finally arrived. Lu Jinghan helped move Chu Ci to Su Yan’s car, and the two of them drove away from the club.
Han Xi rested her head on the passenger seat, looking at her fingers intertwined with Lu Jinghan’s, her clear eyes softly voicing: "Can we go straight to sleep when we get home? I’m so tired."
The warm yellow streetlights poured through the car windows, Lu Jinghan’s dazzling, charming eyes seeming to be filled with starlight, making it impossible to look away.
"Do you want to suffocate me?"
"Didn’t we just... spend time together this afternoon." Han Xi retorted pitifully.
Lu Jinghan simply pulled the car over to the side of the road, unbuckled his seatbelt, leaned over onto Han Xi, his lips brushing against her soft lips: "I just can’t get enough of you right now."
Han Xi, as if facing a great enemy, shrank back: "We’re on the road, stop messing around."
Lu Jinghan’s deep black eyes grew even more profound, his Adam’s apple rolling slightly: "Give it to me when we get home, hmm?"
Han Xi’s dark pupils trembled slightly, her eyelashes casting shadows on her creamy skin, making Lu Jinghan’s heart race uncontrollably.
He lowered his head to kiss Han Xi’s soft lips, his fiery tongue slipping in, recklessly stirring up a storm inside Han Xi’s mouth.
Just when Han Xi was dizzy from the kiss, her phone in the bag started ringing, she pushed against Lu Jinghan to try to reach for it, but he stopped her.
They continued their passionate exchange, only for the phone to start ringing again.
Han Xi turned her head, her breaths uneven: "Maybe it’s something urgent."
Lu Jinghan glanced at the caller ID and felt an urge to beat Feng Yi up.
After calming his breath a bit, Han Xi finally pressed the answer button: "What’s up?"
Feng Yi looked at Li Manman, who was sleeping like a log in the passenger seat, and pinched his brow: "Little Sister-in-law, can you give me Manman’s home address? She’s asleep, and no matter how I call, she won’t wake up."
Han Xi paused for a few seconds, a wicked thought crossing her mind, she suddenly pulled the phone away a bit, speaking unclearly: "What did you say... Hello, the signal’s not good... What did you say."
Then... decisively hung up the phone.
Lu Jinghan looked at his little wife with an amused silent smile, she was clearly up to no good, but still looked adorable.
Han Xi, blushing, looked at Lu Jinghan: "I just want to help Manman, those two are moving way too slow."
Lu Jinghan nodded seriously, his beautiful fingertip gently pinching Han Xi’s chin: "So, are you going to give it to me tonight or not?"
