In an instant, Han Xi’s cheeks turned as red as if she were drunk, rosy and warm.
Lu Jinghan wrapped his arm around Han Xi’s slender waist and walked toward the car, while the man holding roses behind them looked at their backs with a dejected expression, his face extremely displeased.
From start to finish, Lu Jinghan didn’t give that man another chance to speak.
Once they got in the car, Lu Jinghan helped Han Xi fasten her seatbelt before turning the steering wheel and driving away.
"Doctor Han seems quite popular, huh?"
As they drove out of the underground parking lot, Lu Jinghan kept his eyes fixed on the road ahead, his tone carrying a hint of jealousy.
Han Xi was still not quite used to their relationship, so she was a bit nervous: "That person... seems to be my former patient."

Han Xi didn’t pay much attention to those gazes, carefully selecting ingredients for dinner: "Mr. Lu, what do you like to eat?"
