Gu Qili woke up three days later. During that period, she was completely confused, oblivious to the fact that she had been unconscious for four days, let alone that she had undergone a liver transplant surgery.
When she came to, only Mu Shuoqian was in the hospital room, and at that moment, he was sleeping beside her. His tall figure seemed awkwardly placed there, making his sleep uncomfortable.
Gu Qili wanted to reach out and touch his hair, but a slight movement caused a hint of pain on the back of her hand. When she lifted her wrist, she saw many needle marks.

She sat next to Gu Qili, happily holding her hand. These past few days had terrified her as well. She had prepared for the worst but, unexpectedly, a miracle had indeed happened.
