Indeed, the blonde beauty and Loki were one and the same. This was Loki's true form, one she rarely revealed due to the lecherous gods above who sought her out.
She hadn't intended to transform into this form now, but Thor's mention of Azmond triggered an emotional response she couldn't resist.
There was something about that mortal that always seemed to stir up Loki's emotions, sending them into a tailspin

Even he himself couldn't believe the nonsense that was spewing out of his mouth.
How could a god have any sort of affection for a mortal?!? It was unthinkable!!
But what other things could Thor use to explain the oddity occurring in her sister's behavior?? The only thing that had changed in the millions of years they had been stationed here...

Loki's beautiful green eyes widened in surprise when she heard her brother speak such ludicrousy. How could she of all people fall in love with a mortal?!? She was one who had shown barely any affection, even to her family! And yet her brother really had the audacity to accuse her of liking a mortal?!?
Loki couldn't believe the hodgepodge she was listening to right now!
What was there to even like about such an annoying mortal!
He may be the most handsome man I have ever laid eyes on! And he may be kind when he wants to be, and he may have the most beautiful smile that has ever graced the face of this universe! And his teasing nature might be the most attractive thing I have ever borne witness to!

That was when Loki realized something
'Oh Shit' Disbelief was written all over her face.

For the first time in forever. Loki truly didn't know what she should do.
It was different from when she was left in shock while talking to Azmond. This was something far more severe
Thor couldn't believe his ears. He must surely be dreaming right now. If the all-knowing Loki didn't have the answers to a question about herself, then what was he expected to do??
"..." He resolved himself to use his right to remain silent.
He refused to get involved in the interminglings of his sister and a mortal. That was a subject that he would never be able to assist in
"..." Loki noticed Thor's unwillingness. And she expected it, but that didn't make the situation any better...
She was lost...
She didn't know what to do with herself. Even though she only held a small bit of affection for Azmond. She knew it was there
And that was enough to scare her silly!
She was a frickin god after all! And he was but a silly mortal that she had only known for a few days!!
How could she like someone like that?!? She was still pure after all! And she was expecting to stay that way for the rest of her eternal life. How could that notion suddenly go haywire when a stupid mortal appeared in her life?!?
Loki abstained from any sort of pleasures of the body for her entire life. She saw such obscenities as nothing more than the acts of barn animals

She was beginning to imagine herself with Azmond in such a way
The only people she had ever shown her female form to were her parents and her brother. That's one of the prime reasons why she was left untouched for so many years. That and her clear distaste for such lustful acts.

After all, Amzonds was still under the assumption that Loki was a man. And he didn't swing that way; never in his wildest dreams would he have entertained the idea of the blonde pervert he was conversing with for a long while
A blonde pervert who he just assumed liked defenseless men who couldn't fight back was, in actuality, a bodacious, busty blonde woman of the highest caliber!
He would be put into a very deep stupor if that revelation ever came to light for him
