"Honey!" Liu Tingyu called to the man, snuggling into his arms with a shy demeanor. "The baby in my belly is acting up again. Let's go back inside!"
Ling Feng raised his head but found that he couldn't discern the man's features. A thick, eerie fog seemed to shroud his face, exuding an unsettling wickedness.
"You stole my woman. I'm going to kill you!" Ling Feng's eyes turned completely red, his rage erupting as black markings spread across his body instantly.

Ling Feng trembled as he stretched out his hand. When he saw his unchanged, normal hands, his face showed a hint of relief.
"Thankfully, it was all just a dream!" Ling Feng sighed, his heart still pounding in fear at the thought.
But a trace of unease crept into Ling Feng's mind. Was it really just a dream? He could still clearly sense the Power of the Abyss coursing within him. Though it was calm now, should it ever be triggered, the consequences might mirror the nightmare he had witnessed.
Ling Feng had faith in the feelings the women had for him, but that faith rested on the belief that he was human. Once they discovered he was no longer human—transformed into an Abyssal Creature, a monster in the eyes of the world—would they still love him as they did now?
