Feng Tianlan laughed brightly. She didn’t take anything her sister said to heart. A woman makes herself pretty for the sake of the one she truly loves. Tianlan would get rid of her scar once she let go of all the hurt in her heart and found man she wanted to spend the rest of her life with.
She kept the scar for now because it saved her a lot of unnecessary trouble. After all, men who only cared about how pretty she was were entirely too superficial, and she didn’t want them around!
“Don’t be too gleeful now. One day, I will make sure you end up under my feet.” Feng Tianlan looked at Tu Xiupei like she was staring down at a tiny ant, making Tu Xiupei feel incredibly uncomfortable. In Tu Xiupei’s estimation, Feng Tianlan was supposed to be an ugly, weaker woman. But, somehow, she seemed to be in a higher position than her and made others look up to her.
She hated it when Feng Tianlan looked like that!
Feng Tianlan only curled her lips slightly. “That’s just what you say.”
Tu Xiupei bit her lips, hard. She hated Feng Tianlan to the core but there was nothing she could do. Since when had Feng Tianlan become so powerful? She was a good-for-nothing who had suddenly turned into a genius and even managed to take back the Feng Clan.
Ever since she’d returned from the Flying Frost Pavilion, except for Big Brother Jin’s appearance, nothing had gone well. Instead, it had been disaster after disaster!

Feng Tianlan saw how the two were still fighting and laughed disdainfully. Then, she turned and left.

Feng Tianlan glared at him and kicked him aside as she combed her hair back. She replied coldly, “The brothel.”
“What?” Si Mobai’s voice had turned cold. Wasn’t he enough for her? Was she really going to the brothel?
Feng Tianlan tied up her hair and straightened her clothes. “Tu Xiuyu is there. The show isn’t over yet, and I’m going to add fuel to the fire.”
After she finished speaking, she regretted it immediately. Why was she explaining things to him?
Si Mobai looked at Feng Tianlan in men’s clothing. She looked so charming, and the scar on her face made her look more rugged and attractive, so much so that his heart trembled slightly. “I’ll go with you.”
