Chapter 406: Ill-intentioned and Finding Fault
“But this is a token of my apology,” Lin Shuyin protested, lowering her voice slightly. Last time, her master knew that she’d almost revealed her true colors because of the Wargod. She’d been punished for that.
Unless she won Feng Tianlan’s trust, she would lose all her value. The consequences would be dire.
“There’s no need. We are even now. Lin Shuyin looked at Feng Tianlan’s back and bit her lip gently. This was a warning. She was afraid that Feng Tianlan might have dug up some clues concerning the incident with the man-eating flower.

She so wanted to please Feng Tianlan. Therefore, she could never get too close to Tu Xiupei.

“What a gigantic guy.” Feng Tianlan tilted her head slightly sideways and saw that a man was standing on every other step. Every one of them was doing a hip-lifting stance. There were about twenty to thirty of them in total.
These men really did not have good intentions. They were purposely finding fault with her!
