“No need.” Feng Tianlan answered mildly. She would let them live so that they could spread the word about what had happened today to the rest of the Feng Manor Guards. “Stop!” Xu Jiayi screamed and sent out a ball of spiritual energy. Kneeling, she scooped Feng Xiuyu in her arms. “Yu’er, how are you feeling?”
“Mother, kill her! Quick, kill her now! She’s a devil, and she wants to kill me. Kill her, quick.” Feng Xiuyu, who was swallowed by terror, kept burrowing into Xu Jiayi’s chest. She trembled all over, and it was apparent that she was beyond traumatized.
Feng Tianlan was a devil—a devil who’d climbed out from the depths of hell. She was too scary.
