Unless the fish density is unbelievably high, such places without cover or food are difficult for good catches."

For instance, in spring, for Crucian Carp, it’s best to choose shallow water areas with abundant aquatic plants and slightly shallow water depths. These places are very suitable for spawning, feeding, and avoiding predators.
However, if you are fishing for Carp or Bream, which are larger fish, the preferred spots are where the deep and shallow waters meet.
