It was clear that Gao Han hadn’t gotten over Ye Ranran, if he ever parted with Ye Tianjiao, he would undoubtedly pursue Ye Ranran again.
He wasn’t ignorant of this fact.
So why was he insistent on tearing them apart?
"Don’t ask so many questions, just do as you’re told."
Wang Ya shrugged, "Alright, but about the payment...."

Jun Mochan hung up the call.
Ye Ranran sat beside him, looking at the photos on his phone, her eyes curved into a pleasant arc.
"Mrs. Jun, your wish will soon come true." Jun Mochan rested his head on Ye Ranran’s shoulder.
Ye Ranran nervously glanced at the door, "Don’t do this, it wouldn’t look good if someone walks in."
Jun Mochan promptly wrapped his arms around her, trapping her in his embrace, "What? What am I doing?"
"You are becoming more and more insolent." Ye Ranran nudged him with her arm.
Jun Mochan answered nonchalantly, "What’s the point of being proper in front of my wife?"
Ye Ranran’s face flushed red. She buried her face in Jun Mochan’s chest, pinched his waist, but didn’t dare use too much force, fearing it would hurt him.
"Are you happy? Your wish is about to come true. At this rate, Ye Tianjiao and Gao Han will break up soon." Jun Mochan hugged her a bit tighter,
As if trying to capture her heart as well.
"You seem quite pleased, but Mr. Jun doesn’t sound very happy."
Jun Mochan gave a knowingly enquiring smile that faded slightly, "If you were to call me ’husband’, I would be very happy."
Only in front of the Ye Family did she address him as ’husband’, she never did so privately.
Jun Mochan felt that this wasn’t right. He had to make her understand one fact - he was her husband.
And someone she could rely on.

Because she stayed with him out of duty, not love.

"Then, what if you were single again, would you choose him again?" Jun Mochan persisted for an answer.
Ye Ranran looked down and gave a faint smile, "No, I am not that despicable."
"Ever since he abandoned me to choose Ye Tianjiao, it was already impossible for me to go back to him. Even if I hadn’t met you, I wouldn’t go back to him. Especially now that I have you."
Ye Ranran held his hand tightly, "As long as you don’t let go of my hand, I can hold onto yours."
"Then quickly call me ’husband’, I want to hear it." Jun Mochan lifted her chin.
Ye Ranran attempted to free her hand, but to no avail. All she could do was turn her head away, "Absolutely not."
"Then I’ll just kiss you." Jun Mochan straightened her head and kissed her.
Slowly, the temperature between them elevated, and a single kiss was not enough for Jun Mochan.
He laid Ye Ranran down on the couch and slid his hand under her clothes gap.
Having been together for so long, he was well-acquainted with her body.
Ye Ranran snapped back to reality and grabbed Jun Mochan’s hand, "Mr. Jun, this is the office."
