Jun Mochan looked at her leisurely, a wicked smile on his lips. "Oh, really? I seem to remember someone declaring just now that I’m the one they love most."
Ye Ranran’s face turned beet red. She felt like she was hot enough to boil an egg.
"I...I don’t know who pressured me into saying that!" Ye Ranran insisted, her neck stretched out stubbornly.
Jun Mochan moved closer to her, their faces almost touching. "Is it that my wife wants me to coax another confession out of her?"
Ye Ranran quickly stepped back. "No, no need."
"Are you sure? But Madam, you seemed quite reluctant earlier," Jun Mochan pressed on, cornering her slowly.
Ye Ranran backed up until she hit the edge of the bed, but before she could fall, Jun Mochan reached out and pulled her into his arms.
Trapped with no escape, Ye Ranran could only stand still in Jun Mochan’s embrace.
Jun Mochan was pleased with this outcome. He slightly lowered his head, his gaze locked on Ye Ranran.
His arms tightened slowly around her, forcing her to press against his body.
She tilted her head up slightly, and the two of them returned to their original positions: face to face.
Ye Ranran has long eyelashes, so after she cleaned her face, she reached for her mascara instead of false eyelashes.

Ye Ranran nodded earnestly. "Yes, yes."

The joy was so evident that it was Ye Ranran who seemed taken aback.
"Partly to accompany my wife, and partly to check on the shooting progress, to see if we can speed it up," Jun Mochan said, pinching her face.
Alright, it’s about work again. Ye Ranran nodded, indicating she understood. "I’ll go change my clothes."
Luckily, she had only applied base makeup and not powder and blush, or else her entire makeup would have been ruined.
She used to not wear makeup unless she had to, but ever since she started dating Jun Mochan, she began to care more about her appearance.
