Ah Chuan grabbed her hand, tucked her under his arm, and walked her inside: "Didn’t you say you wanted to get a glimpse of the world? Come on, I’ll take you in."
Just as Luo Qi was about to ask Ye Ranran to rescue her, a chuckle sounded, "These two seem to get along quite well, quite entertaining."

The man did not seem to mind, he turned to Ye Ranran with the drink, "And who might this be?"
Ye Ranran was certain; his ambiguity was intentional.
"This is my wife, Ye Ranran, she can’t have any drinks today."
Jun Mochan purposely spoke in a way that incited speculation, unsurprisingly, Xia Jingtian immediately glanced at Ye Ranran’s stomach and exclaimed albeit insincerely, "Congratulations, congratulations."
"Many thanks, many thanks." Ye Ranran and Jun Mochan responded in unison.
"Miss Xia has been seeking the Second Master for quite some time, and yet he seems uninterested." Xia Jingtian cryptically said, had Ye Ranran not been in on the facts-
-She would believe there was something going on between Xia Shi and Jun Mochan.
"I never asked Miss Xia to find me." Jun Mochan’s retort was ruthless, sparing no dignity for Xia Shi.
Innuendo filled the air; she was shameless enough to throw herself at him.
"I made it clear to her that I am not interested in her at all. I say the same to you, hoping you won’t repeat any misleading remarks."
"I don’t care about what others think, but I don’t want my wife to misunderstand."
Xia Jingtian’s face turned from red to black to red again, her mutable expression was more vibrant than a color palette.
Ye Ranran remained silent, standing quietly by Jun Mochan’s side, appearing gracious and pleasant.
Xia Jingtian couldn’t help but glance at her a few more times; there was no hint of pride or arrogance in her eyes.
He couldn’t help but see her in a new light; she really had self-control.
Jun Mochan nodded at him, "If there’s nothing else, I will be leaving first."
Xia Jingtian’s gaze followed Ye Ranran with an intensity like that of sharp weaponry, as though he wanted to induce a hole in her.
Ye Ranran stood tall, seemingly unaffected.
She knew that there would be many more of such gazes in the future.
She and Jun Mochan socialized for a while before finally spotting Chu Ji amidst the crowd.
He was having a lively conversation with everyone, his face lit up with a charming smile.
"Mrs. Jun, won’t I be jealous if you keep staring at another man so intently?"
"Oh, stop it. I must be out of my mind to give up such a good husband and fancy someone like him." Having released Jun Mochan’s hand, Ye Ranran announced, "I am going fishing, you go along with your fun."
Jun Mochan laughed lightly, not restraining her.
Ye Ranran pretended to be tired from wearing high heels which made her steps slightly awkward. Looking around, she decided to take a break by walking into the nearest lounge.
Jun Mochan found a secluded place to settle down. "Bingo"’s voice reached his ears through the wireless earpiece, "Everything has been taken care of."
