She gently lifted her skirt, bent slightly at the waist, lit the lamp wick, and finally, carefully placed the lantern in the water.

Ye Ranran shook her head: "No, I only have one wish. I made it on my birthday."
If one has too many wishes, becomes too greedy, their wishes will not come true. So she only wanted one.

Beneath the peach tree, there stood Jun Mochan, graceful as a poem, with his hands behind his back. The cold wind lifted the hem of his clothes and stirred no worldly disturbances.
Through the fluttering petals, he smiled at her.
For a moment, Ye Ranran didn’t know if the peach blossoms were enhancing Jun Mochan’s charm or if it were the other way around.
Compared with Ye Ranran’s situation, Luo Qi and Ah Chuan had already switched to foodie mode.
At first, when Xue Xue and Che Hao appeared, Luo Qi fearlessly barged in to capture the spotlight.
She held the lantern with both hands and asked Ah Chuan to light it for her.

"Hurry up, everyone’s already gone," Luo Qi urged.
Perhaps Luo Qi’s words worked, as the lighter seemed to be afraid she’d give up on it and finally lit the lantern.
The moment it was lit, Luo Qi hurriedly launched the lantern onto the river, then clasped her hands together and wished for one, two, three, four, five things.
By the time she had finished, the lantern was nowhere in sight.
Looking at rows of lanterns, Luo Qi was dumbfounded: "Which one is mine?"
