The phone rang again, as if expressing the mindset of the person at the other end of the line—he would keep calling until she answered!
Luo Qi stepped out of the room to answer the call.
"Aren’t you annoying." As soon as she spoke, her tone was one of irritation.
Ah Chuan on the other end was already accustomed to it. In recent times, Luo Qi had lost her former gentleness and charm.
In front of him, she was like a cat, baring her sharp claws at him, ready to swipe at him at any moment.
Ah Chuan was standing outside the Ye Residence, staring at the pitch-black villa, his countenance impassive. "Where are you?"
