Luo Qi had been working from dawn till dusk, and only managed to snack on a bread in the midst of her work.
As she stepped out of the magazine office building, intending to grab a quick bite, her phone rang.
It was Luo Xuan who called. Their mother’s illness had recurred, and she had to be hospitalized again.
