"See that now? Can you let go?"
Huo Yi hurriedly let go of Ye Ranran, guilt lacing his features, "That, I didn’t mean it."

After travelling in a car for four hours with such tiredness, Ye Ranran was still feeling dizzy.

"I’ll be staying in the room next to yours. Call me if you need anything."

Ye Ranran didn’t respond or hint whether she heard it.

With sharp eyes, Huo’s mother spotted Ye Ranran approaching. "Ranran, you open your mouth and help Xiao Zi. Please?" she asked, half-commanding and half-imploring.
Truth be told, Ye Ranran did not want to save Xu Zi. She wanted nothing but for Xu Zi to die. And neither was her heart magnanimous enough to want to see Xu Zi appear before her, blessed with happiness.
But looking at Xu Zi’s current condition, even if she makes it, the child certainly won’t.
Without the child, Xu Zi lost her most crucial bargaining chip and was bound to be miserable.
What was most important was that Huo’s mother owes her a favor.

"Send her to the hospital." Ye Ranran said faintly.
