"I hope they’ll kneel before me and beg someday." A cold smile tugged at Ye Ranran’s lips.
Jun Mochan took her hand, their fingers interlacing. "They will, Mrs. Jun. All of your wishes will come true."
He would grant her every wish!
After Ye Ranran and Jun Mochan left, Ye Tianjiao was the first to come to his senses.
"The person is gone, how long are you going to keep staring?" Seeing Gao Han’s foolish look, Ye Tianjiao became angered.
He was still unable to let go of Ye Ranran.
Unwilling to endure Ye Tianjiao’s taunts, Gao Han turned to leave.
"What’s the matter? Feeling guilty? Got nothing to say?" Ye Tianjiao wouldn’t let him off so easily.
Gao Han’s forehead throbbed. "I slept late last night and got here early just to have a good talk with you, but it doesn’t seem necessary now."
He didn’t know how things had come to this between him and Ye Tianjiao.
They had only just gotten married not long ago.
Ye Tianjiao suddenly remembered Ye Tianjing’s words - if she didn’t want to divorce Gao Han, she had to change her temper.
"Don’t go. I was talking nonsense just now. You know I... I’ve been in a bad mood lately, so..." Ye Tianjiao gripped Gao Han’s hand.

Watching Ye Tianjing’s retreating figure, Ye Tianjiao’s face contorted in frustration, Ye Ranran, she won’t let her get away with this.
After they removed her stitches, Ye Ranran stayed in the hospital to recover for half a month, then returned to Riverside Villa with Jun Mochan.
Ever since the last provocation, Ye Tianjiao had not disturbed her anymore. Ye Ranran felt better, and her complexion brightened.
In contrast, Jun Mochan had lost weight due to being busy taking care of her and managing the company.

"Alright, I was just kidding. Mrs. Jun doesn’t need to be too virtuous, just being happy is enough."
Ye Ranran’s face turned even redder, this time out of embarrassment.
After dinner, Ye Ranran went upstairs to take a shower, then sat on the bed with her laptop.
It had been so long, she needed to check if there were any interview invitations in her email.
There weren’t any. Not a single one.
Persistent, Ye Ranran checked again, even scouring her junk mail.
"How can this be?" Ye Ranran slumped her head down in defeat.
When Jun Mochan came out of the shower, he found Ye Ranran listless and asked, "What’s wrong? What happened?"
"I’ve sent out so many resumes, not a single one has called me for an interview. Why is that?"
Was it because everyone knew about the S.Z Magazine incident and thought she was trouble?
"They’re probably filled up, what else could it be?" Jun Mochan responded nonchalantly.
